The Hertz location where I was supposed to drop off the car was closed and I didn't know exactly what to do. I wish the employee had told me this when I picked up the car in Key West. There shouldn't be any ambiguity when dealing with a car.Reviewed Oct 24 2022

The woman checking me out and setting up the rental was hands down the rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with at a rental car facility. There was a tropical storm and people were trying to leave and she made it extremely difficult and spoke extremely rudely to myself and other. Horrendous service.Reviewed Jul 7 2021

Cons:This rental is by far one of the worst experiences of my life. I was standing there waiting for a car for over three hours. Meanwhile the staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending. The manager especially raised her voice yelling at us. Worst experience of my life.Reviewed Mar 15 2021

Pros:Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Very bored and most likely did not like her job, both on pick up and drop off.Cons:Include second driver in fees like Avis and other companies. Won't use hertz again because of extra driver fee.Reviewed Feb 7 2021

Cons:Hertz does not inform their employees that rent the cars about their closed (For ever) locations for drop off. These locations no longer exist. I went to three closed locations before I finally found one that still existed.Reviewed Oct 29 2020
