I wanted to pickup and return my car rental at the airport (MSY), but the rental location Kayak gave me was 30 mins away and required the additional rental of an uber or lift ride. I should have been warned my rental location was not compatible with my airport.Reviewed Feb 4 2024

They didn’t have our car on time, meaning that we had to take a temporary one and come back again later that day. When we got the type we’d reserved it was making a noise in the rear breaks.Reviewed Dec 6 2023

Absolutely the worst experience ever. They claimed I booked downtown which I know I booked at the airport. No one would help me change anything. Tried to call the airport no answer. Tried Hertz customer service, and they gave me a number to another car rental. All of this they told me was because I booked on Kayak, and they could not assist me. I had to cancel reservation and use Budget.Reviewed Oct 14 2022

Our flight was delayed and we arrived a little after pickup time (12:00 pm) to an unlocked door and an unhelpful employee reporting the location closed at 12:00pm, my scheduled pick up time. We were unable to rent a car, and received no assistance whatsoever from staff in finding alternative arrangements.Reviewed Oct 10 2022
