Not cleanCons:I have rented many cars in the past for business and most thru Hertz so the following was a surprise for me. Car exterior was dirty and interior also could have been cleaner, especially with candy wrapper in cup holder. Dealer explained the reason car was dirty was because the town had shut off the water and they could not wash it. I had to go home and wash it myself. I feel I should be given a reimbursement for washing the car.Reviewed Jun 13 2018

Cons:It is ridiculous that a credit check needs to be required for use of a debit card while renting a car. Was unable to pick up my rental car and was forced to rent from another vendor. That rental cost me $100 more than what my initial reservation rate was. This was an upsetting experience and is a policy that I believe should be adjusted or removed entirely.Reviewed Dec 28 2016
