Pros:Was able to drop off vehicle at airport instead of pick-up location, which was unsupervised for day/time of drop/off.Cons:Staff ok. Vehicle not ready for pick-up time. Fuel tank not full. Closed at the time I was supposed to pick up the car.Pros:Once I could get the car the procedure was painless. The Sienna was very comfortable.Cons:They don’t warn you that they will be closed at pickup time. This set my departure time back several hours. The only problem with the car was that the instrument backlighting wouldn’t work without the headlights being on. Cloudy days were especially bad.Reviewed Oct 19 2018

Best value by farPros:I needed to rent a car for almost a month in Baton Rouge. I had checked all the rental car companies, and was surprised at how expensive it was going to be. Kayak came up with a price for a Hertz car that was a fraction of the cost. The rental pick up location wasn’t at the airport, but that actually worked out better for me.Reviewed May 22 2018
