I used the airport code to find a car. Booked economy. Got to the airport to pick it up and they told me I booked it off site and that location was already closed. (Why would it let me book the car if I was booking when the location was closed?) So the airport said they could only get me a full size and I would have to pay for a full size. According to the employee, this happens to people a lot. Unacceptable. Not using Enterprise again. Haven't received email receipt.10,0 Wonderful

You don’t find out everything you need to know until you pay for the car and they don’t tell you that they do a credit check. Also the service at the store was horrible, I noticed a lot of customers left unhappy.9,6 Wonderful

The clean car itself. It looked and smelled new despite having higher miles than most rentals I've seen. It was also very comfortable. And the integrity. There were 3 scratches on the car that they caught and noted that before dropping the car off to me. I have been manipulated in this with others before.Cons:
The price. I know you can't avoid all taxes and fees, but $90 for driving 64 miles one way is a little high in my opinion.10,0 Wonderful
