Pros:The car was what was expected.Cons:Upon arrival, the store indicated to me that because they are closed on Sundays, I would have to be charged another day. This was not in the online arrangement. The workers there simply quoted policy in response to my complaint.Reviewed Oct 23 2017

Good Service - Car had minor annoying issuesPros:Minivan was comfortable and low miles. Agents at pickup and drop off were very friendly and accomidating.Cons:1) Minivan was very dirty inside and out. 2) Although not requested, minivan came with GPS that would not stay off (it would turn on every 10 minutes - very annoying on a 18 hour trip)! Customer service could not help and unit could not be disconnected. 3) Headrest in rear seat was broken and poked into passengers head. Headrest was attached and could not be removed. Had to tie it back with rope. 4) Safety - rear passenger seat belt would not click properly. Multiple times the belt would just come undone. Agent was able to verify upon return to store.Reviewed Jan 1 2017
