Pros:Staff was not friendly and not helpful. I was told that they don't have a car for me, even though I made a reservation. I don't recommend this location at all!Cons:Staff didn't even try to locate a car for me. She didn't want to help me at all.Reviewed Nov 16 2019

bad experiencePros:supposed to pick up my rental at 9 am , waited one hour for a car to be lockated , another 1 hour drive to pick up the car , and another 1 hour drive back to first location , after all i missed my 5day trip , and when i returned the car after 2 days , got charge 70% of the price , talk to hertz associate and her response was “ unfortunately nothing i can do ....Reviewed Jul 17 2018

Very poor servicePros:I do not recommend this dealership. I was there on May 7, 2018. Bad rentalPros:This was booked as an airport rental. The agency is 45 minutes away form the airport. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the rental and re-book at the airport. This was a very poor way to treat a traveler.Reviewed Nov 17 2016
