Staff was not friendly and not helpful. I was told that they don't have a car for me, even though I made a reservation. I don't recommend this location at all!Staff didn't even try to locate a car for me. She didn't want to help me at all.

The suv was nice, but needed to be cleaned.The staff member was lazy, had a poor attitude, and unprofessional. Upon returning the car the same staff member was late and no one else was present in the office.

bad experiencesupposed to pick up my rental at 9 am , waited one hour for a car to be lockated , another 1 hour drive to pick up the car , and another 1 hour drive back to first location , after all i missed my 5day trip , and when i returned the car after 2 days , got charge 70% of the price , talk to hertz associate and her response was “ unfortunately nothing i can do ....

Very poor serviceI do not recommend this dealership. I was there on May 7, 2018. Thanks for the deal!I needed a car after an accident. Kayak allowed mecto rent for much less than if I had rented directly from Hertz. I always use Hertz, by thexway.Hertz at the Marriot, in Oak Brook is quite ctricky to spot. Outside and indoor signage is inadequate. However, the Hertz staff is friendly and bery efficient, so that makes up for a frustrating scavenger hunt in search of the Hertz.

Never againThe fact that there is other options out there for me to choose from.Where do I start. Not the employee was 25 minutes late to work. Very disorganized, called with minor issues never called back 3 times. Had to have my corporate office call for a resolution. Literally the most unprofessional experience ever. And too boot, this is my first review I ever wrote in my life and that is the stone cold truth. First one ever, that's how bad it was.

Bad rentalThis was booked as an airport rental. The agency is 45 minutes away form the airport. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the rental and re-book at the airport. This was a very poor way to treat a traveler.
