Pros:The dropoff was relatively easy. The lady at the counter and the gentleman at the return were niceCons:I got a pretty beat up car with 40K plus miles on it. The car had visible damage on the outside and the inside was possibly the least clean (not necessarily very dirty) of any rental car I've ever gotten. The lady at the counter for pick up also didn't seem to want to be there. Lastly, I called to extend the rental by one day which Hertz was OK with but they charged me 80+ bucks for the extra day when I paid 50 per day (350 for the week). I would use someone else next time I go to STX.Reviewed Dec 9 2020

1st time Jeep rentalPros:lt is the vehicle to drive on and off these roads of st. Croix. Easily was able to manuver the hillside drive.Cons:Car interior got a bit hot when driven for long periods of time. I had to turn on the AC a few times.Reviewed Mar 31 2018

Cons:We traveled to St. Croix to finalize the location for a medical school and they would not take a debit card (MC). Was not informed of this OR about deposits. Very bad situation. Seeking legal help false advertising.Reviewed Sep 26 2016
