Hertz was horrible
Pros: I like the car - Kia Optima
Cons: Hertz customer service is horrible. I had a flat on the morning after I picked the car up. No biggie, I had it changed. I found a dent within anhour of picking up car so I called and left a message. No return phone call. I had a brake light go out on Wednesday - went to Hertz; no exchange; sent me to a Firestone to have it fixed. Within 24 hours, it was out again. I sent email complaint to Hertz on 6/26. Still haven't heard from them. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again!
Didn't have a car
Cons: I reserved a car and when we went to get it...they didn't have it. They didn't have any cars. This was the day before a weeklong trip. Why did I reserve if they don't have to have a car?
Uninformed and pushy
Pros: Nice car
Cons: Pick-up was not knowledgable of my purchase and tried to sell me insurance I already had, saying the same insurance bought from them at a higher price was better. Plus, did not know I had put a credit card on the account, even when it was on the paperwork.
