Pros:The check out staff was very friendly. We did not see anyone when we dropped off the car.Cons:We probably paid too much for paying for a half tank of gas before taking car. I’m sure we didn’t use that much.Reviewed Apr 28 2021

Cons:I paid for a rental car on line with my debit card. I arrived to pickup the car only to find out that I couldn't because you don't accept debit cards. I want my money returned to my debit account. You accept credit cards only, so why accept payment via debit card?Reviewed Jan 8 2018

No cars availablePros:Absolutely nothing.Cons:We reserved a car but there were no cars. I expected to pay $78 but had to spend $210 to rake an uber to the airport rather than the rental car. The person at the desk said they were out of cars and asked corporate to stop allowing cars to be rented but there was no response.Reviewed Dec 28 2017

Good rate, good servicePros:Car available immediately, reasonably fast service. All good.Cons:Small car not available so given a larger vehicle but it was a gas guzzler. Staff tried to charge for the upgrade but when we declined they gave it to us becaus3 it was the only car available. Not cool.Reviewed Oct 27 2017

typicalPros:Car was clean and as promised.Cons:They really try to up sell you on the expensive add-ons like insurance and a more expensive car. The guy checking me in was clearly irritated when I wouldn't agree to pay for more options. Not very professional!Reviewed Jun 27 2017
