Pros:Drop off was super easy.Cons:Would have been nice if I could have picked up the rental from the location I booked it from. Having to pick up from an alternate location delayed our departure time by at least 2 hours due to additional travel time to pick up, and that location being extremely under staffed.Reviewed May 9 2021

Pros:Staff was superb. Wife handled the rental instead of myself due to schedule. Everyone helped her feel comfortable with the process. Good, new car. Pleasant to rent here.Cons:Took the Corolla on a long trip, not recommended. Upgrade to a sedan or whatever, to save yourself that discomfort. Wife and six yr old agree, it was fun and we had a good trip but, we are so glad to be back in my Impala. Next rental I’ll prob try a newer van.Reviewed May 7 2019

DissatisfiedCons:It seemed easy enough to reserve a minivan. But when i telephoned a few days before my pick up date to confirm my reservation i was given the run around with regard to payment sources. I offered to put down a $1000 cash deposit on top of my debit card and was refused. I was told if i had a Costco membership they would accept my debit card paymentReviewed May 22 2018

Had reservation was told too bad they didn't have any cars available!Pros:NothingCons:Rude customer service. Had a reservation and drove an hour to pick up the car and was told at first that they couldn't find the reservation and then when they found the reservation they told me they didn't have any cars and said there was nothing they can do. Pros:The car was pretty good overall and included Sirius XM radio. That was nice for traveling 4 hours.Cons:They say there cars are smoke free, but ours smelled like smoke inside. Since people think it’s ok to smoke inside with the windows down, they don’t penalize people enough for smoking in these cars. So that’s a little disappointing.Reviewed Oct 15 2017

Cons:They did not have a car the size of the one I requested in my Kayak reservation. The attendant did not tell me they would be charging me. Hertz charged me for an upgrade an additional $17, which I only saw on once I received my online bill.Reviewed Jan 13 2017
