Pros: We came to Cadgwith cove 5 years ago for a meal and always said we would come back and stay, which we finally managed!!! The service was great and our stay was so lovely we were so relaxed and happy here! The meals were incredible we could not fault it!

Pros: Location was just as we expected ..we were luck to find parking , Staff were lovely food was really good both evening meal and breakfast was amazing. Lovely old atmospheric pub ..just what we were looking for.. just a shame about the weather !! It's not the height of Luxury and not all rooms were en-suite , but we knew this and booked a room with a shower which was great lovely hot and powerful.

Cons: The lighting in the room was incredibly bright with no bedside lights on the wall. A minor quibble.

Cons: Dogs in the room over us were noisy. Dogs in the restaurant and bar were smelly and disruptive.

Pros: Good choice- good service. Food in the evening was really good- well above pub standard.
Cons: They make a point of welcoming dogs (as well as muddy walkers)- there were indeed many dogs staying and in the public areas. If you do not like dogs you might find that invasive, but if you do it would be excellent.

Cons: The biggest issue is due to the location and lack of land there isnt any real parking onsite. The walk to the pay and display carpark is steep and slippy/muddy at this time of year so be aware. Im sure in the summer it would be fine. Without this it would be spot on!!

Pros: It's a lovely place . The landlord and staff were brilliant . Made us feel really welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean . The en-suite was huge . Coffee and tea making facilities were very welcome. We had our evening meal in the three tuns and the food was excellent . All in all our stay in the three tuns was really enjoyable. I will definitely be going back .

Pros: Great location for visiting the Lizard Peninsula! It had everything I needed, including coffee, hot chocolate, and multiple types of tea in my room. The included breakfast was great, and the restaurant has plenty of options, including fresh local fish. I wish I stayed more than one night!

Pros: We have been visiting Top House for meals for many years when visiting The Lizard in Cornwall yearly but had never stayed there until this trip. We were able to book the Kynance room on the top floor with beautiful views of the water as well as lovely countryside. The breakfasts were fantastic, full English if desired, and/or good selections of cereals, fruits, juices and drinks. The bar and evening meals didn’t disappoint as always. Seth and Tracy were so personable and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the total experience.
