Pros: It was a pretty cheap room and that is what we have expected. It was good for that price and we were happy to save some money this way. It was not luxurious but comfortable and I would recommend this place if you want to sleep cheap in Helsinki.

Pros: Complimentary umbrellas for the rainy season and free wifi. The wifi in our room was very spotty though. The location is great and in the center of the city. It is literally right next to the bus station and finnair provides a shuttle service for €6 to the city center.

Cons: The room isn't warm enough for my stay in March. I have to request for an extra heater. The doors of the shower are awkward to use. The room is a bit dim.

Cons: Actually I had early flight on Saturday back to home and breakfast during weekend is open from 7:30 so it was challenging to get my trip in the right schedule. I would suggest to move breakfast to 7:00 during weekend.

Pros: Perfect location opposite to the central railway station. Took around 20-25 mins from airport in train. Got a Small superior room but then view was amazing from 9th floor and balcony was pretty awesome. Stayed there for 3 nights, there are lot of restaurants around the hotel and tram station, bus station is also opposite to the hotel. Good breakfast buffet, courteous staff with guiding tourist spot locations. Good hotel to stay if you are looking to stay nearby from all tourist spots. Shuttle bus for airport is also available opposite to the hotel and tram station for catching the cruise to Tallinn, Estonia.

Cons: there were work in progress in all the hotel not mencioned on booking or in the official web site. restaurant gym and sauna were closed. bath tube was dirty. Finally i forget my phone in the room when i left. they sent it to my place (in Finland) but i had to pay the expedition. For 110 € per nigth should be much bettter

Nice experience, ad midnight in pyama on the street at Helsinki's central station ;) Funny for us.

Pros: The breakfast is great and very accommodating for people with food allergies. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us the best and most comfortable stay possible. Some of the rooms are modern and are very clean and neat. Even the older rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The location is very central for not only the shops and restaurants but also the train station only a stone throw away.

Pros: The breakfast is great and very accommodating for people with food allergies. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us the best and most comfortable stay possible. Some of the rooms are modern and are very clean and neat. Even the older rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The location is very central for not only the shops and restaurants but also the train station only a stone throw away.
Cons: The shower in the first room didn't work properly but we found out when we were getting ready for bed so too late to change the room but I informed the reception on the check out. The out dated rooms are a little old now.

Cons: It may be the worst price:value hotel I've ever encountered. Expensive ($260) but feels like the assembly plant for Ikea. Television was partially blacked out, the toilet was unflushed (you know what I mean) and the whole place cheesey.

Cons: While this review will detail all the things that made my experience quite bad, it is important to note that the hotel made everything possible to make up for that. If that counts for something in your books, then perhaps this is a good place for you. Now onto the good stuff (or bad stuff in this case). The hotel rooms (and the hotel in general) are not clean. I was offered two rooms with tables on which you could still see cup rings. Same went for tables in the business lounge. The only reason these stains are tough to remove now is that they were never cleaned in the first place. Even the coffee mug in the second room offered (which was supposed to be cleaner) had liquid at the bottom. Needless to say that I didn’t not use my free breakfast or any of the utensils at the hotel. If that wasn’t enough, when I came back to the room the first day at around 5, it wasn’t even cleaned. The excuse was that it was scheduled and that I was next as they have until 5 to do it. When the cleaning lady arrived, she gave me the excuse that the light at the bottom was set to ‘Do not disturb’. I was not even aware of a ‘Do not disturb’ lighting system. Regardless, I changed it for the next day and this time after arriving to my room at 6 PM, it still wasn’t clean. So much for trying. To top all this off, I had to chase after my laundry to get it and the room service button on the phone was not working. When they fixed and I tried calling, no one answered. All in all, terrible experience. I would never stay at the hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The restaurant was open til 1130pm. I went at 930pm, waited at the stand for 10 minutes. Staff made eye contact with me, did not serve me. But did serve a group of older people immediately. So I left and went to the lobby bar for food. There they provided table service to every other person except me. Not impressed and did not feel welcome. Would not recommend for solo travelers (at least females ones).
