4,0 Okay
Cons: It’s antiquated and needs renovation from top to bottle immediately
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent walking distance to paul brown stadium
Cons: Rooms needs updating (south tower) ....however they are clean
7,7 Good
Cons: Elevator wasn’t working when we were trying to leave
4,5 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: Check in line was craaaaazy! Took about 45 minutes. This isn’t Vegas, people! Bathroom in the upgraded more modern suites wasn’t modern at all, it was tired and old and rickety. Only 2 out of 6 elevators worked and there was a constant line. You would then be so packed in to each elevator, stopping at each floor, all you can smell is everyone else’s breath cos you’re rammed in so tightly Parking was an additional $30/night.... Just generally very mediocre and not like the photos online. Won’t stay there again
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone we interacted with was friendly and willing to answer questions/help.
Cons: Nothing, it was a great experience

Cons: More staff, cleaner common areas. Lobby, bar, restrooms not well kept
6,2 Good
Cons: Blood stains on one of the pillows
6,2 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and city sites of interest. The staff was professional and friendly inside the hotel.
Cons: The valet for the hotel was full because it lent out its spots to concert goers making their hotel guest park next door at a local parking garage. The valet also inaccurately told me how much it was to park at the public lot. The Hotel looks nice from the outside but the lobby is huge, confusing, and looks a bit trashy and unfinished. The fitness center was very small and inadequate.
6,2 Good
Pros: I liked the location to the location to the river front.
Cons: Phone room did not work, there was no remote for tv , they place there charges on top of deposit on credit card for valet and slow to return deposit
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice and informative. Rooms are clean.
Cons: The bed is not very comfortable.

Pros: Nothing honestly after I was there for 10 min
Cons: They were rude, wouldn’t valet my husbands 2500 pick up or let us pull in to empty luggage, the pool is a flat out joke it is small and not up kept at all, its only 3 foot deep the whole pool. The breakfast bar was $20 and it was just a step above what you would expect for free at a cheaper hotel, the rooms were small and not at all worth the money. I got two rooms and had guests and was extremely embarrassed
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good, hotel was nice, location was perfect, room was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! Amazing pillows on the bed! Tv and couch was comfortable and perfect! Big tv! Loved free bottled waters!!!
Cons: It was a little cold in the lobby, not a huge deal but important on cold days to most people. Bed was a little tough/hard but still comfortable. Pros: Location
Cons: Not as posh as some Westins
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite self parking was convenient and fairly priced. Great location downtown for Reds games etc.
Cons: Internet access confusing
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Bed were comfy
Cons: Our shower didn’t work, we had hair all over our bath and pillows when we first walked in. Staff was very rude. Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Only person I enjoyed was the man who walked in to change the sheets for us. He was very nice and quick. Nothing to help with our shower not working, no small refund, parking ticket, etc. The woman at the desk said, “Sorry.” That’s it. We finally had maintenance come fix it. Took till the next morning when we called at 6pm the night before. So we had to rush to take showers in order to check out on time. You have to be a member to use their WiFi, but even then it’s $10. You can’t drink the complimentary waters unless you’re a member. Do not stay here. Unless you don’t care about these things. They were playing trap music so loud in the dining area, outside the lobby, early in the morning. Weird to me. I thought this was a relaxed hotel.
7,0 Good
Pros: You cannot get a better more central location in Cincinnati. It was also nice that the building is connected via an underground tunnel to the Fountain Square parking garage. There are plenty of dining options in the building and within walking distance.
Cons: Our bathroom was atrocious. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat, lid and sides. The tub was clogged and there was an unknown substance all over the inside shower curtain. I am assuming it was whatever caused the clog. No water pressure.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Love the view of the Fountain, horse and carriages and tall surrounding buildings.

Pros: Sometimes you walk into a place and feel comfortable and welcomed. We felt this way as soon as we walked into the lobby and our room.parking.My grandson really enjoyed it! This was my birthday present to myself.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: awesome bathroom, double shower head, heated floors, spacious room, nice service staff.
Cons: our jacuzzi didn't work so they gave us credit on our bill. the pillows were short and harder, not sized for a king bed.

Cons: It was hard to find someone working at the desk on Saturday evening, and I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere
6,0 Good
Pros: The rooms were amazing, we had a king size with a fireplace and it was perfect for us. The one site restaurant served wonderful food, and the people were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Valet was $40 overnight, and there was no other parking option, so for 2 nights we had to pay $80. The hotel put a $200 hold on my credit card upon check in, and didn’t inform me they would be doing so and left us stuck with no money. Very frustra
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It is in a good location downtown and the decor was nice.
Cons: There were several thing in the room that did not work e.g. light bulbs out and a broken window shade. Overall the room looked a bit worn out. Also the valet is pretty pricey at $40 given it's your only option to park overnight.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is a well-kept hotel.
Cons: The front desk clerk, fadwella was rude, literally looked past me while I was speaking with her, and determined not to serve me. Her bad performance was not indicative of the rest of the staff, but it stood out as unprofessional and unkind.

10,0 Excellent
Cons: beds too soft
7,0 Good
Pros: Really cool setting.
Cons: Valet was expensive and extremely slow. One time it took 40 minutes to get my vehicle. Unacceptable. Will not stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was ideal and the bathroom was well planned out. Really liked the tile! Enjoyed the art galleries!
Cons: It met our expectations
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quirky decor with a very nice staff.
Cons: Common areas looking a little tired.
7,0 Good
Pros: Great location, great lobby.
Cons: 1. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never made up my room (I was out 11am-5pm, they had time). 2. The 9th floor window view was to a metal barrier. It was like being in a prison.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Having an art exhibition integrated into the hotel is a brilliant model - open 24 hours you can wonder about and take it all in at your own pace. The exhibits and curation were far better than the Art gallery right next door! Quirky 3ft high yellow penguins abound, which is loads of fun. Great bar that makes fabulous cocktails - recommend the 'Sage Resolutions'!
Cons: Room on the 10th floor was a little dusty, and the shower could have done with a little more elbow grease - but nothing major. Biggest issue was the aircon that seemed to be incessantly clearing its throat... not a pleasant background sound for an otherwise excellent and comfortable stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and staff attentiveness at all levels.
Cons: Main restaurant was closed for private event. I think it would have been nice to have a discount provided. It was raining and we had planned on eating in hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's comfortable and laid back.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very helpful staff, very cool art and decor, clean and comfortable room.
Cons: Not much of a view, but no other complaints.

Pros: This place blows
Cons: Dirty and unfriendly...bartender was good
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is extremely nice and very modern. The room was large and clean. It was right downtown and everything was a 10-20 minute walk from the hotel.
Cons: I did not like that the parking is an extra $42 a day on top of all the other taxes and fees. We only kept the car in their valet for one day (charged us for 2 though) because of the price. The Westin is one block down and has cheaper parking for $21 a day. So my suggestion is park there and walk the block to the hotel or just stay at the westin. Also this might be something new to me but they also charged $13 a day for internet. What happened to free WiFi?

Pros: Had a pool
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, there was no hot water in shower for a few days, and at 430 in the morning a staff member or so he said just tried to come in our room the only reason he didnt make it all the way in was i put the chain on the door, i got up saw him walking down the stairs and called front desk and the guy that answered said it was him and he meant to go in another room to strip sheets at 430 in the morning but he must be able to fly to have made it all the way over to the office from across the parking lot in less than a min, the place is seriously outdated and there is a smell to the room, if i hadn't prepaid through this site i would have packed up and left right away but without the money i had already spent on this hotel i couldnt afford to go anywhere else and a refund would have taken to long if i even could have gotten my money back

Pros: The hotel is in a great location. You're just a few minutes from the entrance/exit ramps of I-71. Using the backroads you can get to Blue Ash fast if need be or even Pleasant Ridge.
Cons: Well, the entire property is a little tattered. A cabinet front on my kitchen sink in room 222 was detached. The bathroom floor grout was dirty - just look how white it is under the sink! You can easily make ALL the grout in ALL the rooms white again using my Stain Solver. I'm not trying to sell you, but I know it works. Watch the video at the bottom of this page of mine to see how easy it is to get your hotel grout clean: https://www.stainsolver.com/clean-floor-tile-grout-with-stain-solver/ But I think the value for the money spent was EXCELLENT. Maybe it's time for a remodel?

Pros: Location. Was very convenient for where I needed to be.

Pros: convenient. would be great for family of four. that would be about ninety dollars with breakfast or 20 jper person not bad.
Cons: My only issue is the hotel is dated. therefore a lot of the inside of the hotel is old. i think its as clean as it can be for the age. this strikes me as a business hotel and it might work for families on budget as it has breakfast included and has roof for four in the king suite. It s built of wood so if you happen to stay here and there are a lot of children it will be noisy.

Cons: There was nothing I found that I didn’t like.
6,0 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: One of the front desk person in the evening was not very friendly. It seemed as if we were interrupting her personal time. We had to request a remote as the room did not have one. The gentleman tried to find one that worked with the TV but couldn't find one in his box of remotes. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they were all in the dryer and it would be about 10 PM be for they were done. When we did get the cover it was just given to us in a rolled up ball. The next day when we got back to the room we had no towels. I went to the front desk and asked for some towels as we didn't have any and was told at about 9PM that there weren't any as they were being washed, this was told to me by the same front desk clerk from the evening before , who was still unhappy that she was interrupted by a guest. In the morning that we left, I again went to the front desk to ask for some towels , the clerk was very apologetic and friendly, a complete difference from the evening clerk. We never did get a remote but it wasn't that big of a deal we just watched the same channel as there wasn't a guide to let us know what channels were avil able and jumping up every time to change the channels was a bit frustrating.

Pros: I loved the lobby! My children came to visit and we had pizza down there. Very comfortable environment!

Pros: The checkin in staff were excellent. The bar and restaurant were under staffed, there was a soceer and volleyball tournament happening and so the hotel was fairly busy. The staff that were on duty were polite but they couldn't be as observant as they were dealing with lots of different people. I stood at the bar on Saturday night and waited over 10 mins before someone came to serve, then he served someone that got there after me first...
Cons: the "management" in the restaurant were kind of abrupt, again I'm going to assume they were understaffed and doing jobs they weren't supposed to be doing.
