Pros: the motel was clean and the staff was very cheerful and happy to help. we will be staying here every time we have to be in Hastings NE. I would recommend this motel to anyone with children and a budgets!

Pros: The hotels staff was top notch! I was only in town for a few days but they helped out tremendously with everything. It really helps a traveling mom out of a one year old when they staff is as great as these people!

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and the towels were virtually thread bare.

Cons: Breakfast area small. Breakfast avaerage to below. Poor coffee. Bathroom small. Small bed. Room had a very strong odor of cleaning material. No elevator. Place needs updating.

Cons: The shower tub was broken. They had placed a "patch" over it. Under the patch the tub was cracked and moldy. GROSS!!!

Pros: The hotels staff was top notch! I was only in town for a few days but they helped out tremendously with everything. It really helps a traveling mom out of a one year old when they staff is as great as these people!
Cons: The hotel room that I stayed in was nice and quiet. The only thing i would recommend is checking the freezers on the refrigerators. In my room it no longer worked and I was unaware of that until come morning time. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Outlet for the hair dryer did not work, even when a GFI was reset, the room reeks of mildew from the air conditioning. I told the front desk clerk and he could not care less, disgusting When I told him about the outlet, his words, we don't know about that.

Cons: The bed was terrible. When you laid down you rolled to the middle. And the staff was helpful, when they were at the front desk. But most of the time no one was there.

Pros: I was involed in a serious car accident we called motel while I was waitin for the ambulance motel said no cancellation for Friday or Saturday need to call bookings.com called bookings.com and told them of the accident agent called motel and they agreed to40dollar no show but charge full amount called motel left message no return call I am on my way to see my own doctor soi never made it to motel and was told to contact motel to resolve the issue not happy with the motel

Pros: I’ve stayed on two separate occasions both time the staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The two times I stayed they did not receive my reservations from booking.com but were able to get us a room. The place is very old and out dated but the new owners are slowly trying to renovate.

Cons: Breakfast was not scheduled to be served until 8am. We had to leave before that, so the staff promised to open up at 7am to feed us (very kind). However, at 7am, the office was closed, and we had to leave without breakfast. (We ate at McD next door).

Cons: The room was filthy. Not clean at all. Still had crumbs and trash on the floor. Sheet and blankets had hair all over like it never got changed from previous tenant. The most disgusting thing was it still had dirty men's underwear in the bed. Walls were dirty. Just a filthy disgusting place.
