Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also find the value for price to be fair, especially for budget travelers. However, there are frequent complaints about the small room sizes, lack of cleanliness in some areas, and issues with service, such as unhelpful or unfriendly staff and booking problems. Overall, the hotel is suitable for short, budget stays but may not meet expectations for comfort or cleanliness.
