Pros (+) everything went smoothly and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful at every step. the food and drinks were also good. gym and pool facilities were excellent and a pleasure to use.
Cons (-) when we asked for a fridge in our room, they didn't have someone who could bring one right away, unfortunately. but in their defense, it was also like midnight when we asked.

Pros (+) Beds are so comfortable ,room is nice and roomy very clean fast elevators and nice you don't have to go outside to get into the mall direct access to the stores and restaurants.
Cons (-) I only had one complaint and that was the pool ladders into instead of steps older people with limited mobility can't climb ladders into or out of the pool I had a hard time getting out thought maybe we were going to have to call for help but with a little perseverance I got out really enjoyed the pool and hot tub they need to have better access ,stairs instead of ladders would solve that problem
