The breakfast was varied, the rooms were clean, reception staff were very friendly. Juan made us feel very welcome upon her arrival and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We even got upgraded which was a lovely surprise and my request for extra pillows was fulfilled. The hotel is close to a main metro station (Schlump) so very handy to get around. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel !

Juan (reception staff member) was great. Very friendly, professional and helpful. We had booked a standard single room but got upgraded to a double room which was great. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is near a metro station so handy to get around.

This is a wonderful, well run hotel. The facilities and location are great. The staff and amazingly friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 5 nights in a family room and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended. One member of staff, Addison from Portugal, was very helpful to us at breakfast time and was always so friendly. Well done to this hotel for service, facilities, value for money and friendliness.
