Staff helpful and efficient
Room technology dated, only 5 English channels, all news. No ability to stream or mirror computer iPad device.

When I booked it the harbour was supposed to be in walking distance of the hotel had to pay a cab 30 dollars to the Port.I asked for a ocean view room all I could see was roof tops.I asked for some thing special celebrating my birthday I got nothing.Room small old and out dated even the towels we're old totally dis appointed not worth 305 dollars a nite at all.When I told the lady at the front desk she said next time I come they can accommodate me better their want be a next time very dissatisfied

Too expensive There is no swimming pool A bit dark in the lobby and hallways No water bottles in the room . I had to drink tap water. They told me it was clean!
