Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at the Piece Hall and proximity to the train station. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted good value for money. Some guests appreciated comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, there were repeated mentions of dated decor, occasional cleanliness issues, small rooms, and dissatisfaction with the breakfast and deposit policy. Despite these drawbacks, the positives of location, service, and value stood out.
