We didn't have breakfast. We liked the sofa and table offset from the sleeping section. We could sit and play cards with plenty of room for snacks and drinks.
Can't think of anything.
I liked that even though it was on a highway it was still quiet. No one bothered us. Everyone was friendly.
What I did have to complain about is that the night we got there we got there later than expected due to the weather but when we went to check in and got into our room we didn’t have the room we were told we were going to get. When I booked my room on booking.com I booked a deluxe king suite. In the description it said it had a jacuzzi tub in room and I called the hotel to make sure that was correct and the person I spoke with told me that was right that it had a jacuzzi tub. Needless to say he offered us the room we were supposed to get that I booked for another $120 on top of what I had already paid and that was with a 15% discount instead of just putting us in the room we reserved. So instead of making things right, he offered that we get some snacks and drinks in place of the mistake that was made which didn’t compare. They didn’t have hardly anything for breakfast due to the Corona Virus. Has cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bagels and toast was all that was offered. Didn’t even have jelly or cream cheese for the bagels and toast. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable either, was very stiff but then again maybe I’m just used to my soft mattress at home.
A good breakfast, and a very clean room. I will be using again.
With the current issues, the staff and facilities were well within guidelines
With the covid19 issue it would have been nice to have disinfectant wipes and spray to be available
Staff, room cleanness
