Pros (+) Staff was knowledgeable and attentive to their guests, the great breakfast in the morning, with the amazing Keurig Coffee maker in my room. I also enjoyed having HBO on a newer tv, and the desk which helped me get some work done. And thanks for the tooth brush and mouth wash.
Cons (-) The mattress could use some improvement!! The innerspring model was a bit uncomfortable and slightly noisy. I would definitely upgrade the mattresses and amend the drape system to allow full closure of drapes.
