The staff are very friendly and helpful. In perfect location.
Spacious room right at the Malecon
Room didn’t seem clean, stains on the pillows and bathtub had stains as well. Breakfast was quite basic, eggs cost extra. Very loud street in front of hotel. Pay for the location not comfort.
Comfy bed, spacious room, free filtered water, great breakfast, location is amazing (opposite malecon 2000), art decorations were a nice touch.
On check in l, we had accidentally selected 1 person instead of 2, even though it was a private room, but we were told that it was an extra $10USD per person, yet on booking.com it was the same price either way when selecting a private room. We had the Bianca room beside reception, curtains were thin and street lights outside made the room very bright when trying to sleep, resorted to using our spare blanket to try and darken the room. Shower head faced the wall and made it awkward to shower as you had to be against the wall to get water. Breakfast was great but at the price you pay at this place, eggs should be included.
Comfortable bunk bed and clean, large bathroom. Nice breakfast with filter COFFEE. Really close to everything. Many vegan restaurants and KFC, Wendy's and McDonald's are close.
