Especially liked the staff who were proactive in providing information. Room was large and quiet but a bit stuffy, although we are talking about the equator. Inner city location made opening the balcony door unfeasible. Great to get genuine hot water in the shower. Pretty decent breakfast too.
Wasn't much that worried us apart from the city's humidity, but not much a hotel can do about that. Traffic noise was just a by-product of us choosing to stay in the CBD.
Our flight got in late and the driver found us right off the bat and got us in without any delay. A very friendly man, as were all the staff. The breakfast was simple (eggs and toast), but nice. The location was about a 7-8 minute walk from the iguana park and downtown boardwalk. A vegetarian restaurant was next door.
The bathroom was a little small.
The staff was very kind and helpful, they spoke English. Location was good and central and we had access to the balcony! WiFi was fast and the breakfast was tasty. Also, convenient and cheap laundry service!
The windows don’t quite prevent the street noise.
Very very loudly in the room because of the big street close by.
It’s central location and that it had a kitchen and fridge. Also the staff were very friendly. One night when there was an earthquake (epicentre was Peru) staff were extremely calm at getting all guests out to the ground floor and then waiting to it was OK to return. This was very well done- excellent work.
The road noise was considerable, but as a Central location this would be hard to avoid.
