Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, friendly staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors and old carpets, as well as negative experiences with service, such as rude or unresponsive staff. Breakfast quality and communication in English were also points of dissatisfaction for several guests. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
