The hotel was clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, cocoa, and make your own Belgium waffles. Breakfast was a highlight for my "always hungry" son. They were remodeling the entrance but it was overall clean and even during the holidays daily progress was notable. Thank you for an awesome stay. We will definitely be back!
Just a clean place to stay. Internet isnt the best but gets basic stuff done. Breakfast was descent compared to last place we stayed.
The bed was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was dirty. The customer service was there not friendly or welcoming.
Not bad for the stay
Proximity to RTD, good price, plenty of restaurants nearby
Was charged twice for the room. Will now have to go through the hassle of contacting customer service.
Denver high occupancy rates Summer 2016:
Denver has high occupancy rates this summer. As a result, that is driving rates through the roof. I prefer this property when the rates are more "normal" versus being driven strictly by demand.
The staff was friendly. The location was perfect.
If the tv was mounted on the wall the table it sits on could be less than half the size it is making the room alot bigger, at present it makes the entrance to the room very narrow otherwise the place is fine
Continental breakfast was nice. We were able to check in early and check out late which was great, since our flight in to Denver was at 8am and flight out was at 8pm. The cleaning staff was very friendly and always made sure our room was clean.
Front desk staff was kind of rude and standoffish. And the beds weren't comfortable at all.
Worst lodging experience ever
We asked for a quiet room away from the freeway. We were given a room on the ground floor that turned out to be under the staircase leading to two upper floors. We noticed a large group of young adults unloading their gear from the back of a midsize truck after we'd gotten settled in our room. A lot of noise ensued, pounding footsteps, etc. We went to dinner, and when we returned the place had quieted down. In the middle of the night we were awakened by a series of very loud and long conversations being held, either above us or beside us or outside, but it was hard to tell since we had our heads covered and were groggy in our attempts to sleep. Why didn't we call the front desk? Because we had entered the twilight zone and the nightmare zone simultaneously. Because we hoped it would stop. Because we hoped/prayed some massively muscled guest would take the law into her own hands. Because it was only one night in our lives and we will simply never stay there again. No loss to the Sleep Inn, their cheap rates are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.
Great if you just need to sleep
workout room too small and equipment broken
Sheets were very thin Front desk staff not very friendly
The Price, the quality, the staff, the soggy carpet, the AC that didn't work and the hotel staff that did nothing about it. I would never EVER stay here again. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Wireless lan connection
things that we needed for our brief stay was accessible.basically we felt comfortable.
Breakfast very basic
