Pros (+) Location - if you are traveling through NC it is close to the highways and there are dining options close by.
Cons (-) Room smelled terrible and was very old and unmaintained - worst I've ever experienced. Small tube TV (who knew they still existed). Lot of loud tvs, planes flying overhead, people yelling - basically you can hear everything in your room. Young kids (maybe 8-10 years old) were wandering around unsupervised - one begged me for money as I was getting a soda from the vending machine.
