Room was excellent, lovely decor, wonderful large bed, lovely large bathroom. Excellent service from breakfast staff and bar staff. Food was excellent and well presented. Loved being in the heart of the Malverns and could just go hill walking right out of the front door.
Amazing panoramic views from the restaurant
Everything about the stay was lovely, the room was so nice, bathroom was amazing, very comfortable and would defo come again
Food menu looked good but didn't deliver the goods, chips were frozen, pork was dry. I think if you can make some nice homemade chips it would make people alot more happy.
Nice room, good breakfast. Dinner was nice
WiFi signal dropped in and out
The room was beautiful, excellent food and the staff go that extra step to help your stay be more enjoyable.
