Cons: We found that the hotel is a bit under the 4 stars - class. Not very tidy and with some maintenance needed, especially in the public, shared zones. The breakfast is expensive and of poor quality, table cloths with holes, dining-room cold (temperature) and noisy. The parking is expensive too, but you can choose to park around the hotel if you don't need the car to be near. Abbiamo trovato che l'hotel è un po' sotto le 4 stelle. Non molto ordinato, con qualche lavoro di manutenzione da fare specie nelle zone condivise. La colazione è cara e di bassa qualità, le tovaglie hanno i buchi e la sala da pranzo è fredda (temperatura) e rumorosa.

Cons: Minor things. There were no slippers nor conditioner, which would be basically irrelevant if the hotel werent 4 stars. I found breakfast bad: eggs are pre-cooked, the toaster is bizarre and fills the room with a constant annoying noise, pastry look poor quality, coffee comes from an automatic machine. Nice note: fresh fruit and muesli. You dont really need to have breakfast there anyway, the hotel is in the right center of Granada, a step away from great typical bars and bakeries. Hard tall pillows, a bit old fashion - but I asked and got a softer one right away. I would add a light blanket for the mid-seasons. No special price for double room single use.

Pros: Although parking was 15 euro per night it was well worth it. Came off the motorway and into the hotel and down the car park. I chose this hotel for the ease of parking and it was certainly that. We had top floor rooms with balconies and they were spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet style. Some lovely tapas bars close by. Had two rooms next to each other for our family. Only a 10 to 15 minutes leisurely walk to the cathedral. Would stay here again if we return to Granada.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They were all equally very accommodating to all our questions and needs. Thank you. Hopefully in the future we will be back to enjoy the beauty of Granada and stay again in this lovely hotel.

Pros: Although parking was 15 euro per night it was well worth it. Came off the motorway and into the hotel and down the car park. I chose this hotel for the ease of parking and it was certainly that. We had top floor rooms with balconies and they were spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet style. Some lovely tapas bars close by. Had two rooms next to each other for our family. Only a 10 to 15 minutes leisurely walk to the cathedral. Would stay here again if we return to Granada.
Cons: It was good to have a swimming pool, albeit small. Was a bit annoying they closed it between 3pm and 5pm. If I had to choose something I didn’t like the. It would be this.

Cons: The security lockers were out of service while we stayed. It would have been appropriate to give us notice or some form of compensation for this. We rely on these lockers to house our valuables. The hotel location was far and was about a 10-15 minute walk away from the centre. On a hot day it can be a challenge to get to the city with no other alternative transportation besides using taxis.

Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms only works from May - sometime in the fall. So even though it was 30 degrees C outside in April, the rooms couldn't be cooled off without opening the windows. However the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Hotel mgmt said there was nothing they could do about this. We were told "it's winter....". I just find it strange that the lobby was air conditioned & cool, but the rooms couldn't be. Also if you're bringing a car please note the parking garage is a very tight fit.

They didn't find it anymore but they have our number in case they find it. I appreciate that they were helping us and felt sad about it too

Cons: Most of the staff at the reception is not polite, for example not answering to our "buenos dias". Fortunately there were two exceptions, and staff outside of the reception is nice. Rooms for the breakfast and restaurant are dark, the restaurant has no view although located on the roof.

Cons: Everything was great apart from the parking being a little bit pricey. There’s a parking lot a couple of minutes away and it’s cheaper, so we chose to leave our car there instead.

Pros: The hotel itself and our room were very nice. The hotel is in a good location, not far from restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. We had laundry done at the hotel and, while it was quite expensive, they did a nice job and gave us a quick turnaround time.
Cons: One hotel desk clerk was rather condescending when we inquired about tickets to visit the Alhambra. The clerk who checked us in the previous evening assured us that we could get tickets in the morning through the hotel. All we needed to do was go down to the desk and they'd make the arrangements. In spite of his discouragement, we took our chances and went to the Alhambra and enjoyed a visit there.

Pros: Staff was helpful when I complained of the tiny, suffocating room I was given. They gave what I think was a free upgrade. They also allowed us to cancel our second day without penalty.
Cons: No staff helped me drag 4 pieces of luggage into the hotel when I arrived. Our room was tiny...172 sq ft. The smallest I have ever seen, even in Europe. Even the upgraded room was drab and depressing, not accommodating (no decor, dark institutional colors, small, basement style windows, etc.). Not welcoming. Definitely NOT a "4-star hotel," even by lesser European standards (compared to American standards).

The Alhambra is about 30 minutes walk but remember to book your ticket in advance online and print it out before you go.

Cons: My booking didn't specify what kind of view I would have, it said that it would be a street view or an inner courtyard view. The inner courtyard view in reality is a window facing the corridor inside the building, better if you know this in advance. Such rooms are really depressive, especially when spending more than one night there. The first room they gave was one of these rooms with no real windows. I believe there is a number of such rooms in the building. If you get such a room I suggest that you try to request a normal room, one with real windows.

Cons: Room was very small. I asked for a room with a view and my view looked out into the vent shaft in the middle of the hotel and windows of rooms surrounding it. The hotel restaurant was closed while I was there and the bar seemed to have very little to offer. Hotel parking is limited and expensive at 19€ a day!
