Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and the check-in process, with some guests encountering unstaffed reception and poor communication. Room comfort and amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests finding beds comfortable while others noted issues with room quality and upkeep. Overall, while the breakfast and occasional positive staff interactions stood out, the hotel struggled with cleanliness and service consistency.
