Pros (+) When the TV in my room did not work, the attendant at the desk came immediately to fix it. I appreciated their responsiveness to the concerns of their guests.
Cons (-) It took a long time to check in and a long time to check out. I don't know whether the computer was slow or the person at the desk was. It didn't seem very efficient.

Pros (+) Staff was helpful, location was decent overall not bad for the price.
Cons (-) It was kinda old and the facilities showed its age. Cracks and globs of plaster were very visible.

Cons (-) I checked in around 10pm. I advised the front desk I had just traveled two long flights from South Africa. I wanted to sleep in. I asked for a late checkout & was advised I could get noon & then $10 an hour after that. I then asked if I could get the same hotel rate if I decided to stay another night. I was told yes. At 820am Housekeeping knocked in the door to wake me up although a DO NOT DISTURB...
