When I arrived the vehicle was being cleaned. They returned and the outside looked nice and clean. The inside however, was quickly wiped down and when I got home I realized that the back seats were filthy, the inside if the doors were caked with dust and dirt, the dash was very dusty (like the windows were left down during a sand storm)10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
You need to make it more noticeable on line whether you are booking at the airport or another dealer. We inadvertently had selected another dealer and when we tried to book at the airport Enterprise wanted to charge me $500 more - ridiculous! When we finally got to the other dealer the agent had the car running for us so we didn't notice that he didn't leave the keyless remote in the car. We were half way at our destination before we realized it was not there. This was a big inconvenience because we had to go back and get it. Overall not my best experience with Enterprise
