10,0 Excellent
Pros: The whole stay is heaven, from the staffs, foods and large clean nicely decorated room. I definitely coming back, and highly recommended to all. Thank you international
Cons: I have No negative comments in this hotel, everything is perfect
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! Right on top of the beach.
Cons: The surrounding area has questionable security. I had both my wallet and phone stolen, and did not feel entirely safe after exiting the hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything except what was written above
Cons: The water in the oudoor pool was very cold (frozen water). The Lucky chef restuarant was not that good, bad rizzoto.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice Skyfall swimming rooftop area. But the swimming pool was closed in September. So it's only worth to go in summer. Big casino
Cons: It's not a 5 star hotel. More like 4 star. Anyway, clean hotel, big casino. Disaapointed with the food. Breakfast always same and boring. Even the dinner wasn't great. If you are vegan, you would be starving over there. No options for vegetarians(I am not vegan). Too much cheese everywhere. The restaurant on the 17th floor serving very small portions. The servant wasn't helpful too. The gym is ridiculously small... So can't give it 5 star for so so food and some of the facilities. Only once received complimentary water to my room during my 4 nights stay . Ps: you have to pay extra to get juice or other refreshments during your dinner or breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, great location, food on the executive floor outstanding and well worth the money, we had a lovely stay
Cons: Because of the end of season a lot around the hotel was closed although this is not the hotels fault but not a lot to do outside the hotel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: + Big and comfortable room with an amazing sea view. + Nice pool (even the watter was a little bit cold). + Underground parking.
Cons: The food was not baby friendly. The hotel is suitable more for couples than family. - The lunch was not at the level of 5 star hotel (very limited options). - The hotel has no private beach.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities
Cons: B’fast could be better
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It is a lux hotel, near the Golden Sands, with good atmosphere and facilities. The staff was serious and responsive. The variety of food was exceptional, and they keep serving hot meal even to the last serving minutes.
Cons: The beach is separated from the hotel so there is no privacy or comfort in that. It is always very loud and noisy, so even in the night you cannot have a decent rest, so if your goal is something other than partying 24 hours, maybe you should reconsider.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: As expected all was ok, really nice.
Cons: No hotel beach sector. The attitude of some of the guests from the indoor pool area, entering the pool with the flip flops, changing their shoes next to the pool and not taking a shower . The staff should have been more straight and enforce the rules , eventually banning the guests that don't follow them . The elevator should be checked more often, you can wait 10 min to arrive sometimes .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is fabulous, the staff could not do enough for us and the service in the executive suite lounge, in the lobby bar, at reception and from the housekeeping staff was excellent. The hotel is right facing golden sands beach and is central to the amenities in the resort. We loved the fact that if staying in an executive room, a lot of the drinks and food was free in the executive bar. We did pay for an a la carte meal one night which was excellent and used the room service once and that too was excellent.
Cons: Due to the hotels central position is was quite noisy at night, but we wore ear plugs when going to sleep and that helped a lot. I know the hotel has a ballroom, but was told that this was only used now for weddings and parties, I felt this was a shame as it would have been great to have somewhere to dance in the evening.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The scenery is fantastic. You can't imagine how close the hotel is to the beach. it is amazing. There is so much love in it. We loved it! E.g. the trees, the stone seated bar on the beach, the trees surrounding the hotel and the sound of the sea. And last but not least every room has seaview!
Cons: Nothing despite the huge concrete la her apartment buildings surrounding them.
7,5 Good
Pros: The view
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the sound of the shore, very relaxing. The view is magnificent, especially in the morning. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The stairs to the main road, especially at night time. Didn't like them at all.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great place to be if you want to hear nothing but the waves. friendly family atmosphere, you'll feel like home by the sea. All rooms have sea view. You go down few steps and you end up on the beach. You go up again and you find a cold draft beer. The owners are great, multilingual and always there to assist. Restaurant with good food, bit limited in options but I trust any restaurant where the owners eat what is in the menu together with you. Everything was fresh, well cooked and you can get prossecco by the glass ! I saw comments about the stairs. That's right, the access is down some stairs (come on guys... we did it with luggage and 2 children of 2Y and 5Y...no big deal) but if you have any walking disability give it a second thought. In a wheel chair is a complete NO.
Cons: Not a posh place. No caviar, big mess with high heels, no disco nearby. We did not need it but maybe you do ! You have to climb some stairs to get to your room, hard to do if you get wasted by too much rakya (similar to grappa) and Bulgarian wine. And with a bottle of good wine at 15E (that was the expensive one !) it is very hard to keep sober.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location very close to the sea, quiet and friendly atmosphere of the hosts. Fresh and good food at the restaurant. In the price paid there was also a sunbed and umbrella
Cons: There were stones in the water that made you uncomfortable, if they were removed they would be excellent. There was no sign or advertisement to find the hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: - location and staff - nice restaurant in Hotel, good breakfasts - close to different beaches
Cons: - noisy sea - stairs from street
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have been here before and this place is amazing would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, the hotel staff are very friendly and the beach is to die for ,will be back to this hotel Morksi Brlag
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality and service was excellent - very friendly and helpful managers. The location being right on the beach was very special and so was the uninterrupted view of the sea! Perfect place to watch the sun rise...or so I'm told! The patio areas are lovely - full of plants and greenery with plenty of trees to provide shade if needed as well as free sun loungers to use on the beach. The stone and wooden balconies in traditional Bulgarian style is what makes this place much more pleasing on the eye than other (more expensive) neighbouring resorts and hotels...it's the simplicity of Morski Briag that is the best thing about it and the very reasonable room rates. Oh...and my kids really enjoyed the chips and the ice cream!
Cons: The breakfast was good - the only disappointment being that the jam wasn't local Bulgarian and the coffee was instant. (psst...and the wallpaper needs to go. Sorry... but someone has to say it ;)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view and the beach were breathtaking. I felt like i was in Greece. The room was super cute.
Cons: Everything was okay.
6,3 Good
Pros: It´s nearly close to the private beach.
Cons: In the description of booking.com should be mentioned that the hotel is not reachable by any car or vehicle. (Even not by motorbike) You have to walk (climb) 112 steps to reach the place and the stairway is in a very bad condition. Not impossible, but you should be in good physical condition. You should reduce your luggage to a minimum. The offered Parking leads to the assumption that you can park there. But the parking is in another hotel nearby. That´s all because a very big, modern hotel facility is built around this small hotel. It´s not finished yet, so you have to bear loud construction noise beginning exactly at 7:00 in the morning.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good people,good food.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Anton and Tania are the best! They are very kind and popular, they are friendly. I totally recommend. Also the food is tasty. Anton îs a good Chef. I think that if i had more time, I would have made a real friend.
Cons: If you are a lazy person, you should know that the beach is not far at all, but you have to Rise some hills on your way back. But that is not Bad at all.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Anton was truly an amazing person, so helpfull. and the place was so beautiful .The food was delicious. We Will Come back. <3
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This is a villa, not a hotel. You can reach the beach by foot but you have a little to walk. There is a shortcut but is really not for everyone, especially small kids. The food is good, is prepared for you on the spot. The room we stayed was not very big but enough to enjoy our stay, the bathroom was a little small but it has everything you need. The host is very friendly
Cons: it was a little too far from the beach as we imagined.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really nice, very pleasant and accommodating. Anton and Tanya very willing. Excellent breakfast, owners cooked what we wished- very good Bulgarian cuisine. The beach is not far, but the swimming pool was also useful.
Cons: Maybe the space of our room. Too small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the bar well stocked. Good value for money and kept very clean. Highly recommended. Golden Sands is a great resort. Paul
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Food was great and the owners were very kind and helpful.
Cons: It took a very long time to get to the main beaches and restaurants.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: - very nice owner - great food - was open pre-season (beginning of may) - separate space for our motor cycles - everything very clean - 10 minutes to the beach by walking
Cons: Nothing
Nympha Hotel - Golden Sands - Building
8
8,7 Excellent (607 reviews)
R2 427+
Overview Reviews
Situated in Golden Sands, this beach property is within 3 mi (5 km) of Golden Sands Beach, Cabacum Beach, and Nirvana Beach. Aladzha Monastery and Sunny Day Beach are also within 3 mi (5 km).
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, right at the seaside with private beach (sunbeds and umbrella included in the room price). Rooms are very modern and painted with very great taste. Restaurant is big enough and food is very good. Big plus for the option of prepairing your own alcoholic drinks during meals. There was a lovely young girl (I missed the name) at the reception that I thinks is the nicest/kindest receptionist I have ever seen in 12 years of summer vacations in Bulgaria. All in all, we will come back again and highly recommend when price is fair ( around 100 euro/room with all inclusive).
Cons: Dissapointed by coffee. Very poor quality (soluble coffee) during meals, which is not acceptable for such a high rank hotel. Better coffee (espresso), but not great is served at the all inclusive bar upstairs, but only after 10.00 am... I did not like the fact that for reaching the close by Golden Sands city centre, we had to make e forced 1 km detour in the opposite direction or walk directly in the sand for 50 meters (that is really unpleasant wearing an evening outfit). Also, unfortunately there were of lot of algae in the sea right in front of the hotel beach. Parking should be included in the price and is not.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Fairly varied
Cons: Pancakes and other warm pastries very sparingly No choice to eat outside.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean rooms. Hotel is located right on the beach. Good variety of food options. Polite staff at the bar on the second floor.
Cons: Staff was not very attentive. Very often the food in the restaurant was finishing and it was passing a long time before they fill it up again. The girls on the reception were discussing things about the guests very loudly and impolitely.
6,7 Good
Pros: The weather was nice, staff was kind
Cons: The sea was very dirty.. Hotel needs restoration, including more staff.
6,3 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: Poor quality and options for food. Same food was served at lunch and leftovers for dinner. Fruits were served dirty, not washed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great location for beach, half hour bus trip to town, lovely rooms and showers.
Cons: Very disappointed with catering Repetitive limited food, no ice cream/lollies during day for children, very poor variety of soft drinks, only one diet drink- Diet Coke - which ran out most days, so not good for diabetics! For a sea resort there was no seafood! Very strange! We liked the hotel but not the catering
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very courtesy stuff. They were on top of everyting. Quiet place, very comfortable rooms, plenty of food. The seaview rooms - gorgeous.
Cons: Liquor bar.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room is comfortable and the balcony with sea view is amazing.
Cons: The fact that they don’t give you options for sun beds after 4pm when the beach in front of the hotel is under a shadow. The receptionist told us to use the free beach and we were not allowed to use the sun beds of the other hotels of Riviera club. The food was quite tasty, but the same every day The coffee at the breakfast was horrible and one needed to wait until 10 am for a coffee at the snack bar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was brilliant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is located on the beach (which is private) on the southern side of Golden Sands. The positions is absolutelly perfect, it's just "outside the nightlife" and its quiet. If you have the chance to get a room with the sea view, you'll have an absolutelly stunning view on the sunrise directly from the bed. The staff is gentle and always available for any kind of request. The hotel is clean and the food seems to be always fresh and good. Every kind of attraction of the small city is easy to reach on foot.
Cons: Not a big deal, actually: I know it's hard to mantain clean an hotel on the beach, and you did well, but be sure to remove some of the spider webs popping around sometimes.
Cabacum Beach Residence - Golden Sands - Building

7,9 Good
Pros: Customer service was very good, the view was very nice, the pool is great and the beach is very close.
Cons: The only thing that borhered us was the fact that the wifi didn't work in out appartament. It only worked at the pool. They brought us a router, but the problem wasn't solved.
7,1 Good
Pros: We payd for the internet wlan but it dosent work in room nr 9
Cons: No internet signal in the roo anf we had to pay for it
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location and probabbly the exterior of the building
Cons: All charges need to be presented to the client . It's a very unplesant surprise when you need to pay for parking 8lv and 7lv Wi-Fi in additional to the normal charge which is not cheap at all considering the price for those services in the rest of the country.
7,5 Good
Pros: The apartment with the big terrace and roof access. Super nice ! Very comfortable beds and it was also very quiet.
Cons: The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice and clean (except for the shower which had a dirty floor) but the location is disappointing. There is only one way to the beach through a street full of garbage...there are a couple of decent restaurants but no other activities available(clubs, water sports). The beach was dirty but at least there were some toilets available. I don't think we will come back as this place is more suitable for elders and not for young people.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view Spacious apartment Distance from the beach Stunning stuff
Cons: The slight smell of cigarettes smoked probably inside by previous guests Distance from Golden Sands centre No pool bar
5,4 Okay
Cons: No curtains in reception, no washing facilities. The elevator hasn’t worked in more than 1 week. Mould in the bathroom. The cleaners didn’t bother to clean the balconies even once although there were lots of bird droppings there.
6,7 Good
Pros: Apartment was nice and spacious with stunning views. Nice terrace for eating. Reception staff was nice. Good location for the beach and nice swimming pool.
Cons: There was no oven , double bed (only twin), parking had to be paid for on top of expensive apartment , utensils missing, no coffee percurator . Towels changed every 3 days only. Cleaners were terrible No cleaning materials provided to clean. No shower curtain, had to sit down to shower to prevent the flooding.
6,3 Good
Pros: The apartment was spacious, but we had a room closed, that I think is the other bathroom because for 2 bedrooms and a living room, we had just one bathroom useful.
Cons: The cleaning service is poor The balcony was not prepared well for use it properly
5,0 Okay
Pros: The rooms-big, spatios
Cons: Jacuzzi was dirty and dysfunctional
9,6 Excellent
Pros: location, sea view and the pool
Cons: -

The attractions of Riviera Beach are 250 metres away.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything couldn’t find any faults with it
Cons: Nothing
7,9 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, good shower in bathroom, large clean pool, secluded location with woodland surround, quite at night, good selection of drinks (expect only one beer), dinner food had good variety and some items quite tastey. Overall very nice stay and good value for money.
Cons: Staff were a bit abrupt/not very friendly, room facing pool got extremely hot when at sunrise (September) and curtains did not block out light which made it difficult to sleep. Some drainage smell from bathroom which we believe is common in the resort. Location was a nice distance to centre, however, the hill to the hotel becomes difficult even for able walkers.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good and diverse. Staff was friendly and welcoming. On some days there are extra activities like dancing or magic shows.
Cons: At the pool kids were always jumping in the water, splashing the first rows. Some people took umbrellas from other seats.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Really good value for All Inclusive stay.Good quiet room at the far end of corridor
Cons: Hotel is up steps from the beach, but if staying in the hotel or round the pool its no problem.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, good cleanliness, good food although not very variated. Nice staff, good price, pretty good security; appropriate for families with kids. Nice swim pool, also for children. We appreciated the billiard table.
Cons: The food could be more variated (from a day to another). The drinks were only „low cost type”. The limited program of the swimming pool (9:00-18:00).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The stuff dar really nice. The all inclusive drinks were very vast, you could order anything anytime. Nice location.
Cons: Wi fi didn t work at all eventhough on the web site it said that the wi fi is very good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good. The food varied: contains every type of meat, also for vegetarians, for the kids , with good deserts. Staff were very kind, polite and helpful. The room was very clean, they clean and give the facilities before 10 Am. If you have any problem, they check and answer immediately. The parking place was good enough. The pool is clean and has clean and enough sun beds, umbrellas and towels.
Cons: Only the location and the way until the beach. About 10-15 minutes by walking. It has the stairs and for coming back, going up makes it difficult.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and the location was good
Cons: It smells like mildew in the room
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great place with decent food, pleasant evening music and surrounded by trees. Tip: If you like a more quiet place on the beach when you reach the road, down the stairs, go to you right and in 500 m there is an opening to your left (just before the closest hotel) and you will find some more stairs that will take you to a quiet place on the beach where you can lay your blanket or rent a sunbed. If in doubt just follow the people.
Cons: The breakfast was the same every day.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had been upgraded. The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was clean and in excellent condition.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Large room, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean bed linen and towels. All meals were very good, the food is not very diverse, but it is well cooked and delicious. Parking place in front of the hotel, with enough places. Although the hotel is in the older part of Golden Sands and not so close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) it is in a quiet area. All in all a relaxing holiday.
Cons: The first 4* hotel where we ran out of toilet paper. Completely unacceptable. All that he cleaning lady could say the next day when we told her was: "no problem". The bathrooms need to be renovated as they are quite old. We did not use the spa area as it looked unclean and not really prepared for clients. I think the spa does not directly belong to the hotel, but to some other company though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are friendly and kindly.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A lovely hotel with a big swimming pool, tasty food and friendly staff. A great place for a vacation!
Cons: One of the mattresses was for change, except for that, everything else was perfect!
7,5 Good
Pros: The room, the bathroom, the pool The food was great People from lobby bar and from the restaurant are friendly and attentive The hotel is very clean
Cons: Violeta from the Reception is a rude person, who is not aware about the hotel procedures, does not know english and is treating the guest like liars. We had received prior from the hotel a confirmation related to late check out. Violeta didn't accepted this, she seems not to understand the meaning of 'confirmed' from the confirmation email and keep telling us that this is not possible, etc. Ugly experience and I must say she is not fit to face the guest and maybe is better at cleaning or kitchen facilities. A 4 star hotel should have higher standards related to people from key areas like reception.
7,5 Good
Pros: clean room, clean bathroom enough good food, although not of immense diversity, at least one bar always open. good service nice pool location is nice. not too close to clubs, so chill place.
Cons: horrible music: all time edm music everywhere, non stop. not enough sound proofing for the room drinks of medium quality horrible gym: nothing actually works. the only usable things are the weights expensive casino
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, room was spacious enough, food was ok and fresh.
Cons: Bathroom should have been more clean - there was an awful smell and the toilet seat/ bath tub were not properly cleaned. The ladies cleaning the room did not supply the soap and toilet paper in the last few days. Towels were a bit old and some stained. The bed sheets were not changed in 5 night stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: a good variety of food
Cons: at our room it was some noise during the night, from the cars that was passed from our hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. We opted for a 2 bed room with a view at the park. We got upgraded when we got there to a room with sea view. Food was great, room was awesome.
7,9 Good
Pros: Pool Food overall Cozy room, air conditioning, daily cleaning of the room Very good hot chocolate Friendly & funny bartenders
Cons: Unserious casino staff

5,4 Okay
Pros: Amazing and private location ,surrounded by lots of trees ,rooms are very specious and comfortable ,food is very good Staff at reception are very polite ,qualified and helpful.
Cons: Staff in the restaurant are not qualified and unprofessional, the rooms are not cleaned properly
6,3 Good
Cons: There were died insects in the bathroom.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clear, large rooms, nicely furnished and well maintained.
Cons: Food variety could be improved.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was wonderful, green and quiet, with private beach, also within walking distance from the animated area of Golden Sands. The hotel is located in a well maintained park, where you can enjoy a walk or relax in front of the sea , with direct beach access. All rooms have sea view and some have large balconies. Our room was very spacious. The parking lot is conveniently placed behind the hotels belonging to the Riviera chain. We paid a fee but it was guarded and close so totally worth it. We received free sunbeds on the beach strip belonging to the hotel. We had half board and we consider there were plenty of food choices for everyone.
Cons: The most intriguing and unpleasant fact: no water available for dinner, or other drinks. Only at breakfast they provided water, juice and coffee. In a decision difficult to understand, the water dispenser was covered with a cloth and it was thus made unavailable for dinner. If you wished, you could purchase any beverage from the bar, which I found cumbersome and umpleasant, you would be carrying bottles and glasses between bar and dinner area. But my argument is that I believe that water is such a basic beverage and such a low cost one (plenty of water springs in Bulgaria with low cost water available in stores) that it should be supplied, even if this means an increase in the price paid for this meal option-and to be honest, how much this increase could be? Most probably insignificant. It is a shame they do this. I saw other guests mentioned this in their reviews, maybe it is time for the management to take action. The second issue not so good was that the sunbeds and umbrellas are old, some are rusty and sharp ends could be dangerous , as there are many families with small children using them.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is very close to the sea, nice view from the balcony, big nice territory
Cons: The hotel is far not 4*, food and drinks are of very low quality. Very old rooms, no refurbishment done since Soviet time. Carpet and curtainsare so old abd dirty. Not worth of money paid.

Pros: Greatest place at Varna Region
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff and excellent location.
Cons: None
7,9 Good
Pros: Location and vicinity to the sea Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were included in the price Spacious rooms Parking places Air-conditioned rooms Mineral water showers and pools Green areas
Cons: The food was not the quality and variety of a 4 star hotel The cleaning ladies would often come at noon when people usually come back from the beach and it seemed to me they did this on purpose so we'd send them off and they'd skip a cleaning The fitness facilities were all broken The outdoor swimming pool was not regularly cleaned from sand The sea was a bit dirty
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The area is special. Protected by the noise of a classic resort. A lot of vegetation, a lot of free space. Good beach, clean water, normal staff. Proposal: at least one water dispenser on the corridor and one at the breakfast and dinner restaurant. At dinner - some water glasses in the area of the water dispenser in the restaurant, yet the hotel is 4 stars. A little deficiency: To get from the resort to the center, you are walking about 2 km away. I stayed at Lotos Hotel. Proposal: Just outside the entrance there is a closed iron door with locks. It can be opened for people to make it easier to walk the street to the center. Or you can make an extra door for guests near the currency exchange office near Nympha. Another proposal: Change the beach umbrella material to a thicker one. It's old.

Pros: - good breakfast, lots of choices - the rooms are pretty big with comfortable bed - free parking provided
Cons: - pretty far away from the centre of Golden Sands - the room had some spider webs, didn't look that clean
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: We had to ask several times for someone to clean our room. They changed the bed sheets only in the 5th day of our stay. Furniture was old and falling apart. Breakfast with very few options and similar every day. Beach was far. The closest one seemed deserted and not arranged.

Pros: Clean, clean, clean! Nice staff! Delishes breakfast! Peaceful nights! Large bathroom! This is the best value hotel!
6,7 Good
Pros: only this woman
Cons: wc ind aria
6,7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and clean rooms
Cons: The hotel is not located in Golden Sands but outside the resort. We were misled by the description as it says 2,4km from city center. However it is not at all! You need your own transportation to Golden Sands or you can use the bus which passes every 15min. The ride to the resort is about 15min per direction. Breakfast is nothing impressive, croissants were super hard and impossible to eat. In general, the disappointment from the location ruined our vacation.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good view on the sea from balcony. Clean room, friendly staff. Good breakfast and the hotel has a free parking.
Cons: WiFi with connection every time, does not possible in a hotel where sad about free WiFi. At first day we had problem with a door in a bathroom. Everything was done nearly three hours but no apologies.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. Pool is nice and clean. Room was dark and chill, which was perfect for sleeping.
Cons: Location is disappointing. Neighbourhood is far away from any good beach or places of entertainment. Prices in the restaurants and stores around are same high as in Golden Sands centre, but the area doesn't have anything in common with famous resort
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel/room were very clean and the staff was very nice and hepful! The hotel offers free parking and outside pool. For a 3 stars hotel the services were excellente!
Cons: The wifi in the room was not working, only the one at the reception, but you can buy a sim card with internet from the local store (Casa Ole), they have minimarket and a restaurant (you can ask more info regarding the location of the store at the reception).
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff is great and helpful, the air conditioner worked good (important for summer)
Cons: The bad was not clean and not very comfortable. Stayed for short time didn’t have energy to complain about it.
6,7 Good
Pros: The rooms were nice and clean and reception was fantastic
Cons: Breakfast was very poor, orange juice tasted like cordial , on my departure day I was told to inform Reception to have breakfast ready for my departure but nothing was ready I did not even have bottled water and had to buy my own I really wasn’t happy! Wasn’t even allowed to take two slices of bread to my room . Internet kept logging out every 5 minutes so was pointless so had to pay to use my own not acceptable

Pros: The pool was ok, the beach reserved place is excellent (big enough and well situated). Animation team trying their best. Big and nice view rooms.

7,5 Good
Pros: Location; private beach (access included in the hotel rate); private pool.
Cons: Drinks; low service quality of the staff
4,2 Okay
Pros: the view
Cons: -the room is not cleaned every day, only the towles are changed (no toileteries at all) -food options are poor, coffee does not have any taste, food quality is extremely low (what you don’t eat at lunch is used for something similar for dinner) -the girl at the bar downstairs does not know how to prepare cocktails -in the underground parking there is someone blocking your car on daily basis (staff members) - the entertainment is addressed only to children every single night -extremely loud music every day and night - every morning people wake up and block the pool chairs and then go back to sleep or breakfast and noone from the management is interested in taking any action overall... bad impression, would not recommend it nor ever go back for a holiday
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A lot of options to eat , everything fresh. Clean but they can improve a little bit
Cons: The coffee was not so good on the restaurant .
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location.!!!
Cons: The staff maybe don't know how to smile ,the service was a disaster, there is a minibar and isinde its only a bottle of water ha ha ha is that a joke , the snack bar is so poor there are some muffin's and thats it ,in the first 3 days there were no coctails and the last 4 days they started to make coctails they only have 5 types of coctails in a hotel ultra all inclusive really... when we wanted to order an esspreso they asked us to pay in a hotel ultra all inclusive...they close the bar at 23 : 00 like we are in ULTRA all inclusive what is that at the beach bar there are some drinks and beer if u want coctails or something u had to go from beach to hotel maybe 5 minutes of walk cross the road too far.i think for this service they have to drop that ULTRA just All Inclusive and belive me even that is too much to write maybe just Inclusive
5,8 Okay
Pros: the hotel is 4 stars and it deserves them very well for comfort, location, cleanliness.
Cons: the beach of this hotel is not in front of the hotel. the astera beach is dirty, full of shells, with textile chairs, very uncomfortable and very poorly positioned towards the sea water and the beach bar. all the juices, beers and drinks of this hotel are bent with water. I only drank water and tea the entire stay. the food is not at all as I read in the comments! the food changes daily, but in 5 days only in 2 I had what to eat. the poorest quality puree, almost no meat or just pork / beef, meatless soup without vegetables and in 3 of 5 days and also this was pork. I found hair in the food! not possible at 4 stars! in this stay the 2 children did not have to eat, the menu is not thought to be ok for children. many tourists revolted and did not change anything. they don't care, actually! so, with such an ultra-inclusive cost, I didn't expect such harsh conditions in terms of food and the beach. Like many other tourists from Asterland, we chose to pay 36 bgn per day on the beach in front of the hotel, the mojito beach, which is impeccable, very neat and I recommend it, but not when these conditions should be included in the price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing with a very nice room with a beautiful beach view, very clean and modern. The food was abundant and available almost every time and the bar was opened late. The personal very attentive and well trained; most of them speak English fluently.
Cons: Them music from the beach restaurant closed by was pretty loud during the evening. The elevators were undersized and crowded

7,1 Good
Pros: Located in a quiet part, not far from a small beach with restaurants and beach bar Very basic room (old interior). The staff at the bar was pleasant
Cons: It could be some more clean in the bathroom. Daily we found some tiny creatures running around the drain hole on the floor. The first receptionist we meet could not so much English. Very basic breakfast (no juice)
7,9 Good
Pros: The facility offers indoor parking and swimming pool The room was clean, spacious and well equipped Air conditioning in the room Good value for money
Cons: Same breakfast every day Cheap breakfast (cheap ham, cheese, the juice is sugar and water and some flavour, there was no natural juice) Staff is friendly but there was an awkward situation when I was asked about my room number at breakfast and when I asked further informations the madam just went away without saying anything.

Pros: - Good hotel for families with children - Nice pool with water slides - The food quality was generally good - Very spacious room, clean overall - Overall a good price/quality
Cons: - Restaurant staff lack customer care skills - DIfficult to find parking in high season (hint: try the hotel across) - Noisy at the pool and the entertainment area in the evenings - The beach is not very close and it is very crowded in high season

Pros: Very very good food for lunch and dinner. Tasty and generous variety to choose from. Large and spacious rooms. Interior pool with nice water temperature.

Pros: The overall experience was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean equipped with new furniture. Also the Golden Sands resort had plenty of entertainment and stuff to do. Definitely a nice place to stay in the summer.
Cons: The water in the shower wasn't draining properly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were with kids and really liked it. I would recommend this place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room!Friendly staff. The food was fresh and delicious!Nice view and perfect location!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice place and pool. Beautiful view from the balcony. Food was basically good but nothing extraordinary. Normal all inclusive package with local drinks at the pool bar
Cons: The third bed for the child was no prepared. I had to call reception and ask for. First night was horrible due to an extremely loud DJ pool party which stopped at nearly 1 am. Another night, there were some drunk guys jumping in the pool and screaming at 3.30am, although it was strictly forbidden. So security was very pool. Cleanliness in the restaurant and at the pool bar was difficult to achieve, because the hotel was very crowded. Last day: we were reminded twice that we have to leave at 12 o’clock...hmm not very polite. Last but not least: A 4-star hotel should not keep a 20 years old tv, with colors washed-out and impossible to watch. The guy at the reception simple smiled when I asked if it can be replaced. So nothing done. As a summary: 1400 BGN for 4 nights are not worth the quality of service.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is located in the Central part of Golden Sands. Lovely hotel with Aqua Park, excellent service and delicious food.
7,5 Good
Pros: good meals with various options (vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts hot dishes, etc) nice pool and water slides good entertainment program (especially for kids)
Cons: the firs two days we had pancakes at breakfast made on the spot and they were great, the next four days they closed the pancake station :-( could have been somewhat cleaner
6,3 Good
Pros: The position was good and the room was clean
Cons: The food was terrible, they are written something but you find something else.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The ammenities were great. Nice and modern rooms. Very clean. Water slides are attractive for kids. There are shadow areas at the pool (including over water). The beach is very close. There are water and coffee supplies on every floor (great idea), you can get water anytime next to you room. Food is not super diversified (especially the entrees), but there is enough diversity for everybody to eat well, including the kids. Hotel is kids-friendly. Overall, is is extremely good value for the money.
Cons: All the guests checking in must wait for 14:00 to check-in. Therefore at 14:00 there is over crowded, and the staff is over-stressed and the guests are over-stressed. It would be great to check-in as people arrive, both parties would be more satisfied. We arrived with kids and they were thursty and hungry, a small waiting table with little snacks and water for new-arrivals would be more than welcome. At 14:00 there was crazy with tens of people in the lobby to check-in all at once, people was annoyed and it is not a good thing for the first impression. At 14:00 there is 1 hour free of any food, at 15:00 starts the first snack-time at the pool. For small kids it is very bad, parents must leave the hotel to feed the kids. Fortunately everything else for the vacation was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was amazing. Everything from the welcoming and the staff. the rooms were clean and comfy! I would definitely come back!
Cons: Honestly there wasn't too much not to like. People were great, we had fun and I would recommend it!
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: The only nice thing was the Black Sea and the fresh seasonal fruits, everything else was cheap and disrespectful of the environment and the customers. Coffee and tea were served in plastic cups, including at meal time. In a country with great yoghurt, the one served at breakfast was of the cheapest quality (with additives). There were no real jams, only gelatin with coloring added. Last 3 days of our stay pancakes were made fresh, so my kids finally could eat something. Most of the food tasted fake, and even Bulgarian specialties had taste enhancers added.
Cons: Complete disregard for customer comfort. Sheets are too small and don’t fit the beds properly. Pool closes at 18:00, as do the beach chairs for which you have to pay 18 Euro a pair per day. We asked for our airport transfer to be moved from 7:40 to 8:00 (we talked to 3 people at the reception) and in the end the taxi driver still arrived early and yelled at us for being late. The official photos of the hotel show a big pool, in reality the pool is very small, with almost no walking space around it, plus people are allowed to book their pool chairs with towels for the entire day. Persons handling towels were very rude and were yelling at you for not returning the towels on time before 18:00. All in all a tourist trap where everyone wants to get your money but offer very little in exchange.

Cons: Parking facilities very good
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fairly recent built boutique hotel with very good amenities and helpful staff! Decent food at breakfast and dinner! Situated on a hill offers splendid views of the sea and the sunrise!
Cons: Very small swimming pool. Area where the hotel is situated is underdeveloped and not maintained by the city hall. Beach is very close but the access is made through very dangerous steps, not suitable for baby trolleys (we had to use the car and make every day a detour to get safely to the beach across the road/hotel)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: the food was great, breakfast and dinner, but the big minus is the location. the hotel is situated quite far from the main Golden Beach area, so you need to drive there. if you decide to go on the appropriate beach, it's a 10 min downstairs walk, not far but the beach is with algae and not that animated.
Cons: I couldn't pay thru mobile app to take advantage of the bonus. so I had to log-in into the desktop application to pay. please make the mobile app functional or next time I'll book with someone else.
7,5 Good
Pros: the breakfast was normal, not over our expectations but neither under... I liked a lot the view and the terrace see view
Cons: lack of parking places

Pros: 1. The hotel has a nice design 2. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view: sea and forest in the same time
Cons: 1. They hardly speak any languages except Bulgarian: no Romanian, no French, 1 lady and 1 girl spoke English, 1 guy spoke German and that is it! 2. Paid parking at the hotel is a mess 3. Breakfast is way to basic for a 4* hotel 4. Remote location

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Central Location and friendly stuff
Cons: Alcohol from all inclusive package was not the best
6,3 Good
Pros: - the apartment was spacious - the staff helpful, excepting the bartenders
Cons: - all the drinks were awful. The coffee had a terrible taste (like a very diluted Ness cafe} The bartender told me that if I want real coffee I have to pay. All beverage drinks also very sweet and diluted. The Bulgarian draft beer was Ok, even they gave you on 75 ml glasses, not to consume too much. The cocktails were make with Bulgarian fake alcohol, and even so you don't have too much to chose - the food was not too tasty. You had a lot of food to choose, but only few has a good taste. All the cakes had no taste, and you would not be able to find any chocolate on these. Anyhow, it is enough food if you are not very exigent - it's a lot of noice in the night from the street. On the back of the hotel there are 2 night pubs, crowded with noisy German people, and the load music and voices till 4 o'clock in the morning will keep you awake, unless you're very tired. - the WiFi very poor. I was not able to use it - no parking, but they managed to find me a parking place a few hundred metres from properties with 10 leva per day (not secured} - the hotel has no beach, so you have to pay extra for the beds and umbrella
