Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with the most common complaints centering on poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as infrequent towel and linen changes. Service is often described as unhelpful or rude, with issues at reception and with cleaning staff.
