Pros (+) Location was ok, close enough to restaurants about 20 min to kings Dominion.
Cons (-) Bathroom was clogged try to call front desk and phone didn't work, went to the front desk and told the guy the problem and hes solution was "so you want plunger" I mean it's almost 1 in the morning and who want to get to a hotel and plunge the toilet "REALLY" but that's all I got, a plunger room smelled like a box of cigarettes, one of the bed was in bad shape in the morning my wife wanted to iron...

Pros (+) Good location. Very comfortable bed.
Cons (-) Thin walls. The room was not very quiet. I could hear the family next door talking and they were not loud. Tiny tight bathroom.

Pros (+) The chance to be reminded about shady business practices and the need to lookout for them.
Cons (-) There was no "FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST" like their sign at the Reception says. Staff at check-in did not tell us there was no breakfast and the manager would not provide any refund for the fraudulent misrepresentation from their false advertising. Disgusting!
