Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall guest experience. Many found the beds to be comfortable and the rooms spacious, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there were some concerns about cleanliness, notably a report of bedbugs and issues with bathroom maintenance, as well as a few complaints about room noise and lack of amenities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location and service.
