Pros: Love this hotel. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, coffee is always on in the mornings, and the free breakfast is more than adequate (waffles, fruit, eggs, muffins, juice, bacon, sausage, cereal). Business services are excellent. Was able to use the printer and fax machine free of charge. The hotel is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants (Applebees right across the street, Old Chicago up a half a block, Walmart, Kmart, Walgreens, and fast food down two blocks). Nice and quiet even with the hotel full.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and the room was nice. It was centrally located and had an indoor swim park for family. I’ll see use laundry facilities which was very convenient
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was clean for the most part (I am super picky as I use to be a head house keeper in Park City). My kids loved the water park and I loved sitting in the hot tub watching them. Was close to restaurants so that was handy.
Cons: No one ever cleans behind the bathroom doors any more.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness, and size of the hotel was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The Paul mitchel toiletries were a nice touch
Cons: The water slides were out of commission. The small child area was okay. The only problem were the kiddie slides were too close the the edge of the pool. My daughter almost knocked her teeth out.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The rest of the staff was great. Rooms were clean
Cons: The guy who checked me inn upon my arrival really seamed to be put out. I think I interrupted his cell phone time or he was unfriendly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and location
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location for my business
Cons: TV didnt work
5,8 Okay
Pros: No bedbugs.
Cons: This is a rundown motel that has been the worst of all of the places on our trip despite the nearly $300/night price. The strangely designed and poorly maintained building seems like it was lifted from the bowels of the late Soviet Union.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious clean room Enjoyed water park. Continental breakfast was excellent with large choices. The lady who prepared the breakfast did outstanding
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room was small but clean. Bathroom was large and CLEAN - very nice! Breakfast was great and the food items and surrounding area well tended to.! Room rates were quite fair!
7,5 Good
Pros: The swimming Paradise was fantastic but needs some repair
Cons: Nothin
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
6,3 Good
Pros: Amenities were nice. Small fridge is nice. Front desk people were nice. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room is tiny. Truly only big enough for the king bed that’s in it. I don’t love small spaces, very hard to relax. I was told all of their King rooms were this small. The shower water ran brown when we turned it on and although it eventually cleared up the shower didn’t drain well, so you shower in standing water. Room was clean and well furnished, just tiny & right, thankfully we’re kinda little people anyway. TV didn’t work. Had a Netflix button, that didn’t work. Front desk was very nice, but unable to help had to call a company ( we didn’t wait up for the results).

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk check in was really friendly.
Cons: There’s a casino in hotel. I could hear noise from people hanging on it in front of casino. Seemed to stop after 10 pm
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location off I-90, easy access, attractive, nice room, comfortable beds.
Cons: A family hotel with pool and hot tub. As a consequence lots of activity in the hallways - so kind of loud in the late evening with hallway traffic - kids yelling, conversations and door knocking and doors slamming. It ceased by 11:00 so not a bad deal.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: Cockroach on the floor, giant hairs on shower curtain.
6,0 Good
Pros: This hotel was clean, and they gave you a complementary beverage coupon that included wine or beer.
Cons: The air condtioning unit in our room began making a horrific noise that would wake us up in the night beginning just after 1:00am and kept it up all night long. My husband and I could not hear each other talk, we had to yell to hear one another.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel layout
Cons: The pillows on beds are too stiff at all Best Westerns
1,0 Poor
Cons: Service was poor. Asked for a blanket and pillow- 3 hours later (after 3 phone calls to front desk) they finally knocked on the door and had brought sheets! Not even what I had asked for. Hotel smelled like mold going into pool area.

4,5 Okay
Pros: Location was very convenient
Cons: The room was so dirty & old! The boxsprings did not have skirts or anything & were covered in bad stains. Mold around the wall A/C unit, stains on the carpets, bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned. It stank like wet stale carpet . Staff was mostly dismissive. Breakfast is always a nice touch but there's is certainly the cheapest possible; tiny frozen pastries, juice that isn't actually juice, and some cereal.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable, the pet fee for a dog was very reasonable, beds were comfortable although pretty bouncy, booking online got us free breakfast in the attached restaurant, and the coffee's nice and strong.
Cons: We overshot a bit on the heater in the room and then couldn't figure out how to cool it off again - had to just leave the door open for a while. That's our fault but climate control really shouldn't be that hard to understand.
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean , good price , breakfast included was nice
4,2 Okay
Pros: People were friendly. Breakfast had many options.
Cons: We had to cram into rooms because they had lost one of our rooms. One shower tub would not drain. HEAVY smell of smoke everywhere.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Front desk was friendly. That's all I got.
Cons: Not sure where to begin. The pictures and reviews on the website we used did NOT depict the room we walked into. The room clearly marked as no smoking smelled like an ash tray. The curtains were half way falling off. The bedspreads were from the late 70's early 80's. The sheets had burn holes in them yet the sign in the bathroom telling the guest they will be charged 10 bucks if you use their towels to clean boots would be charged to your credit card. The door had duct tape on the bottom to close the gap from outside. Rust on the soap tray in shower made me want to call my Dr. to make sure I am up to date on my tetanus vaccination. No coffee in room was a HUGE dissapointment...no hair dryer means a hat day for the remainder of our drive. With all this stacked up we made the decision to forgo the "free breakfast." With the filth in the room, Iwe can only imagine the filth on the kitchen.
10,0 Excellent

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean even for smoking r

Pros: Staff was very pleasant and helpful. There are restaurants within walking distance. Decent number of choices for breakfast. Comfortable room. A good overnight stopover for travelers.

Pros: Location is good. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Wifi was good. Would stay here again. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about. Several eating places real close to motel. Price was right
9,6 Excellent
Cons: The arrangement of the half floors was a little odd. Our room on the ground floor was half flight down from lobby as the breakfast was also. I didn't like that the hotel laundry which I passed often was always open with lights on looking very "busy" but no people.
7,0 Good
Pros: Decent breakfast, nice rooms.
Cons: No it was a fine hotel
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice for a night or two. Breakfast included hard boiled eggs.
Cons: No elevator.
4,6 Okay
Cons: I booked 5 rooms for 17 people. We were on a trip in the back country without cell phone coverage. The Hotel tried to call me and because I could not respond they canceled our rooms. As soon as I could I called them back and they provided rooms that were smaller ( twin beds instead of queens). I asked for a discount due to the smaller and they did not honor it. It was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean. They were "non smoking" but at one time I'm sure they were smoking as there was a lingering smell. The carpets were not clean and were were in a lower level and the carpets were damp. The breakfast room was small - only seating for 12. I would not recommend this hotel.
4,2 Okay
Pros: No hot choices except for a waffle.
Cons: They changed the nightly rate with out advising me changed my reservation and then charged my card for night I was suppose to be checking out

Pros: We were lucky to get a room since there was a conference in town. Frankly that was the main thing we liked about this hotel.
Cons: The cleanliness of the common areas was horrible. All of the carpet needs to be replaced. We paid way more than it was worth, but I put that down to nearly all rooms in town being full for a conference. Also Wyndham is way behind on updating the rooms - specifically the bathroom is in pretty bad shape, although it was clean.
7,0 Good
Pros: The front desk staff was courteous helpful &d friendly Staff manning the complimentary breakfast area was outstanding. She took the time to speak with each guest daily while keeping everything well stocked and clean. Her absence was felt on weekend.
Cons: This is an older hotel. The bed skirts on both beds were all ripped and made for a safety issue. My husband & I stumbled a few times on them. Pillows were very lumpy. Clean towels daily but question if sheets were ever changed during our 5 night stay.

Pros: location
Cons: It was extremely filthy. Half eaten hamburger in the refrigerator. Garbage on the floor, especially behind the furniture. Carpets not clean. Toys under the bed most likely left by previous guest.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast lady and the morning front desk clerk were very friendly.
Cons: The front desk clerk was rude. A small, thin, long haired blonde lady. She didnt greet us or bother to look up from the computer when checking in. The only luggage rack available the wheels were bouncing. There was water on the floor in the bathroom when we entered that we cleaned up.

7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.
Cons: I'm not a dome/swimming pool type client. I had a room over the pool and it was noisy. I recognize this is what one would expect. This was one of the last available rooms.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was ok, only one worker which meant food was not hot or plentiful.
Cons: Cleaning staff didnt seem too happy with what they do. Our room was not cleaned at all, no fresh towels even tho I specifically asked for asked for towels. Our beds were not made. I wasnt too happy this time around.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The staff was really helpful!
Cons: Our room had light out in the bathroom and the carpets were so dirty that did not want to take our shoes off!
5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was cool but the temperature was too cold.
Cons: The rooms and hallways were very dark. The air conditioning wasn't working. We asked someone to come look at it and they left some sort of brown liquid (it looked like chewing tobacco spit) in the bathroom. The extra cot for my child was very uncomfortable.
