Pros (+) Room was comfortable, the pet fee for a dog was very reasonable, beds were comfortable although pretty bouncy, booking online got us free breakfast in the attached restaurant, and the coffee's nice and strong.
Cons (-) We overshot a bit on the heater in the room and then couldn't figure out how to cool it off again - had to just leave the door open for a while. That's our fault but climate control really shouldn't be that hard to understand.
