Aircon in room - pleeeeaaaaasssseeeee make it easier to turn off !! How on earth does the airport transit justify charging £4.90 an adult Reception staff fabulous - smiling and helpful Breakfast great but should be inclusive of rate to Platinum members

Cons (-) Limited parking - large areas let out to car rental companies. We nearly had to park on the verge!
