Hotel staff were very helpful for answering questions. Fridge & microwave were very handy in our room. Cons: on the internet there was a pic of sitting area with the room, when we got to the hotel there was no sitting area only beds and kitchenette which made it very hard to be able to sit and chat with friends Also there was no ironing board so had to iron on the bed
