Pros: The location was great and convenient.
Cons: The room was small and the amenities of the hotel are basic.
7,0 Good
Cons: 1. We waited 30 minutes for breakfast to open at 6:30. They didn’t open and the manager just got there at 6:30 :(. So we wasted a half hour we could have used to get home earlier. 2. Couldn’t find a waste basket until we left. Had to use the bathroom one for everything. 3. When I pulled the hair dryer out of the space it was in a pair of men’s underpants came out with it. I think the housekeepers need to take a better look at things.

Cons: When checking out this morning 1-26-2020 Clerk MJH was being too fast when our party was discussing how to pay he already was typing fast and checked out one of the rooms 516 and had already put it on the card that was on hold. We wanted to pay for both rooms with cash 516 and 537 he didn’t ask how we wanted to pay and just assumed we were putting it on the card. Also he did another guest the same way that was standing behind me.

Pros: The room was nice, loved the colors
Cons: Everything was great. Check in was nice.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The maid threw away valuable medication and cleaner that was by the toilet on the floor. It was not empty or in the trash. When I talked to the hotel staff, they treated me like it was my problem and didn't offer any compensation or apology. I was so frustrated by that. The other thing is the wifi issue....We have never had to pay for wifi except on a cruise line out at sea. As a result, we were not able to conduct some business. That is kind of ridiculous. Having said those two things, the breakfast was great and lots of variety, most of the staff was friendly, and the room was roomy and clean and comfortable.

Food was prepared with bland taste and like robots waited on us. Very cold. I will stay but not eat on the craft anymore. I stayed in another Courtyard during my visit in Jacksonville, NC. Pros: This hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The staff has gone above and beyond every visit. They made sure I had breakfast even when I was late getting to the food area.
Cons: I didnt really like that the bed didnt have an actual blanket or comforter. The breakfast could use some variety besides just scrambled eggs and sausage.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The lady who was over the breakfast area was terrific. She is very personable yet professional. The front desk woman who checked me in was also very professional and courtesous.
Cons: Nothing really everything was good, it would have been nice if there was more than one treadmill in the fitness room.

Pros: The common areas were bright & clean. Everything well maintained. Breakfast was satisfactory & a staff person was there every morning stocking & available. Room was nice. Exactly what I would want.

Pros: Very clean, comfy bed, good selection at breakfast - muffins, bread, cereal, toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Eggs and biscuits at breakfast weren't great, but otherwise, good selection.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The facility was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Great tv and internet. Quiet too! Great customer service!!!
Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like everything but here are a few suggestions: the utensils for breakfast are too flimsy.. Get the stronger clear ones from Sams Wholesale. The room had a stale odor where it had been closed too long. A deodorize would solve this problem. A light scent works! Something refreshing... and lastly the hot water pressure was low... please raise the pressure. The water in the floor of the shower is slippery. This is a hazard...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about the Wingate! I felt at home and comfortable. The bed felt amazing as though I were in my own. Very clean and actually looked like the picture on the website. I'd recommend the Wingate to everyone.
