Cons (-) Our room had holes in the walls, and a raised toilet seat installed though we didnt need. The breakfast was cold and served on what looked like walmart paper plates.

Pros (+) Easy check in, good location
Cons (-) Place was very noisy. Had constant screaming and yelling by people outside of the room. Key card for room had to be reset several times a day, very low water pressure so was hard to actually get clean.

Pros (+) Great value in a somewhat dated facility. This is a no frills hotel, but very convenient to RDU and the university. The daily breakfast was also as expected: plentiful, but institutional.
Cons (-) The building could use some updating, especially the carpet.
