Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the convenient location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness issues such as bed bugs, dirty rooms, and unpleasant odors. Some guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast not being complimentary, slow or poor room service, and maintenance problems like malfunctioning AC, slow-draining showers, and worn furniture. Overall, while the location and some staff received praise, cleanliness and amenities need improvement.
