Great bed and pillows and the towels were very thick and soft, and plentiful. Carpets were very clean as well. Room was quiet.

Cons (-) The service was so very poor, We could never find a manager, Someone charged 100.00 food service to my room, No ONE on staff that morning could help me. Waitress helped so much in finding the ticket and it was my name on the bill, but it was not my address or state. It took the waitress 30 minutes to find someone to help at the front desk.
