Pros: Comfortable and good location, lots of open space on property around units. Good parking. Lovely hosts.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were really thrilled to check in at La Petite Maison! Our hosts, Florence and Olivier gave us a warm and very hospitable welcome that made us feel 'at home' at once. The studio, 2 floors, was modern and cosy equipped and had all the amenities you could possible wish for (and much more). Downstairs the doors opened up to a little private garden space where u could have your meals or breakfast served. A huge park like garden was at disposal for the guests, so was a swimming pool. Important for us was that both bedroom and the living area had very good reading light. Anytime, anywhere its the people that makes a place memorable and our hosts are the very best example of this. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful stay!
Cons: The breakfast could possibly improve a bit by adding a few items, like cheese. Although nice, a bit basic for 9 Euro.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality from hosts, lovely spacious grounds and the gite had everything you would need.
7,5 Good
Pros: The swimming pool. It is in full sun into early evening so ideal for having a splash after a day out. The owners are friendly. The grounds are nice.
Cons: Our particular apartment was a little dark. I found the combination micro wave hard to use. Instructions in French and German.

Pros: Great location for access to the old part of town, friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Belle rénovation des chambres. Accueil charmant et serviable. Situé à l'entrée du centre ville il est très facile a trouver.
Cons: Pas de clim réversible dans la chambre
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised how well the room was laid out. We had a nice view of the cathedral and the double set of double pane windows helped insulate the room from both heat and noise. (We were there during a heat wave and appreciated the AC unit.) The breakfast was great and the manager, attentive. Its location is central to restaurants, shopping, and services. (The nearby restaurant - Bistrot Gapencais - is a gem!)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is nicely situated at the foot of the main pedestrian shopping streets of the town. There are numerous bars and restaurants very near by and everything is within easy walking distance. Breakfast buffet offered both hot and cold food choices. The room was quite spacious, clean and had a separate toilet next to the bathroom itself. Handy for two people sharing. The staff / owners were nice and always available for any requests or enquiries. A short drive from the town is the Domaine de Charance area of parkland and woodland walks. Very beautiful and cool spot to spend a relaxing few hours or have a picnic.
Cons: Parking outside the hotel is limited but the hotel has a membership at a nearby multi-storey carpark just a five minute walk so no problem to drop off/pick up baggage but leave the car safe and under cover. Payment is made to the hotel on check out and is reasonable. As remarked by others although the rooms are nice the corridor outside has black walls and floor covering making it feel very dark. Not a big issue as not much time is spent in the corridor but a strange choice of colour scheme for a boutique style hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Locals told me this is one of the best hotels in Gap. It's a great location, walking distance to everything. The hotel is modern, stylish and cosy and there is a lovely restaurant for breakfast, which is very good. There is a room to leave your baggage as well. Wifi works well too.

Cons: Nothing
7,9 Good
Cons: Sloping ceilings in bedroom Limited menu in the evening
7,5 Good
Pros: It was clean and neat. The location is very quiet and you wake to the singing of the birds. We were greatful to have an elevator and did not have to carry the suitcases upstairs. Lots of car parking at the door.
Cons: The breakfast selection was quite meager. Also, empty dished did not get refilled, some due to shortage of supply, some due to lack of noticing by staff. The bedroom was small and under the roof, so that we had to watch our heads.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Really nice little hotel with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of Gap. Clean, very comfortable, modern rooms. Super friendly staff and really good service. Easy to find and generous parking right by the front door. Decent, if small pool.
Cons: Restaurant very good, but perhaps slightly over-priced for what it delivered, and little in the way of alternative options as the hotel is well out of town, which ended up making this a very expensive (albeit also very pleasant) overnight stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable - large bed and good bathroom. Air conditioning was good.
Cons: My dinner was expensive and inedible, and I was alone in the restaurant with waiting staff who were inexperienced and a bit rude to me. There was a private party at the pool which was noisy and meant that I didn't use the pool. My room had a skylight but no window so no view out. The location is off a very minor road - not much around it. The impression I was left with was unprofessional.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful small hotel. Fantastic food in the hotel restaurant. Really not to be missed. Time spent in the hotel pool also very refreshing.

Cons: Very TIRED property. Toilet seat broken, washbasin water temperature not adjustsble, always lukewarm, toilet didn’t flush properly. wiFi only worked well in corridor not in room.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hotel good
Cons: I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and eat in a lot of restaurants. I'm not boasting but just stating facts so that the following has some relevance. Over the years I've been told, and have been led to believe, certain things about hotels and restaurants, you could say stereotyping about such places. For instance, a long time ago I was told "never look under the bed in a hotel and certainly NEVER strip back the sheet and look at the mattress" And I never have. Also I was told "once you've visited the kitchen you will never eat in the restaurant. So I've never visited the kitchen. But I've always wondered whether or not such warnings were necessary or even truly good advice. But tonight I saw something which made me believe the advice because what I'm about to describe took place in the restaurant at this hotel, not the kitchen, but in the restaurant itself, right in front of me. The picture shows a plastic bag, in a basket, on the chair to the right. In the bag are slices of bread to be served to the diners. The waiter picks slices out of the bag, by hand, puts them in the little metal bowls you can see on the table, and serves them to the guest's table. If the diners don't eat all the bread, as he's clearing the table when they've left, the waiter throws the uneaten slices back into the bag to be served to the next diners. We all hate waste, I'm sure, but just because slices of bread are uneaten there's no way of knowing what the diners may have done with those slices, picked them up, put them back, dropped them on the floor, coughed over them. But, so far, you may be saying to yourself "so what?" However what you don't know yet is what happens before he picks the slices out of the bag. First that hand is wiping down the tables with a cloth and who knows where that has been?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Some customers might find the environment of the hotel (decor etc) a little dated but we felt it was absolutely charming and brought back happy memories of a France that has to some extent disappeared. Cannot comment on the evening meal in the restaurant because we went into Gap to a vegetarian place, itself a ‘find’. Breakfast was fine, however.
Cons: All ok.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: When I first visited France in the 1960’s with my parents all we could afford were simple unpretentious basic hotels. This hotel reminded me of those days. The room was basic but very clean, the bed firm and the bathroom functional. I ate outdoors under maple trees. The food will not win any Michelin stars but you won’t go hungry. This was France hospitality before globalisation.
Cons: Nothing. I wish there were more hotels in France still like this.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very good restaurant with a well assorted menu
Cons: All ok
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant. Great variety and Quality.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: A bit far from town but the local bus service was free. The food in the restaurant was average.
5,2 Okay
Pros: a good room for that price; diner under the trees, for travellers a nice welcome with the region
Cons: hygiene around the swimming-pool; interior of restaurant needs modernized; breakfast not enough quality; staff is doing their best, but has problem with handling large groups; at night their were parked cool-cargo's right in front of the hotel.

Pros: The food served was exellent and inekspensive compared to other hotels i france.
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel is dated and communal areas are shabby it was ok for anovernight but i would not reccomend it for any longer
