Helpful staff, restaurant and food
My request was not dealt with. Room very small bed uncomfortable and next to a school so very noisy
Breakfast was very good, location good some good facilities.
Bathroom in the room stank, air con unit must have been used on the ark.
Staff friendly and willing to assist, good location to beach or Town.
The food quality has dropped slightly, have stayed a few times and found it below previous visits for half board.
Rooms basic, although comfortable enough. Reception staff very attentive when I had a problem from booking agent HotelQuickly who cancelled my accommodation after me paying in full. Hotel receptionist was excellent and met my requirements, other staff members very friendly, which helps in having a relaxing time. Food in buffet was good for price. I will return to use this hotel in the future.
Do Not use booking agent HotelQuickly, my experience with them was horrendous. Rooms a little dated,
Big buffet breakfast, eat whatever you want, as many coffees and fresh orange juices as you can squeeze out. Roof terrace is a sun trap, jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, closed for winter but the gym was open. Short walk to the main beach or you can be adventurous, walk through the building site, and ford the serpis under the new road bridge to walk along all the way to piles, and even further south to oliva.
The hotel has been excellent at getting group bookings in from northern spain, so breakfast was crowded with wealthy spaniards escaping the worst of winter. Arrive early.
With a stay at Hotel Porto in Gandia (Grao de Gandia), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Gandia Beach and Oliva Beach.
