Pros (+) Friendly staff upgraded us to a suite on arrival, it was huge and included a washing machine and full kitchen. Located in the heart of the city, included parking and breakfast buffet. Great city views...
Cons (-) Returning back to hotel late one night no one was manning the garage gate and had to send someone into the hotel to get buzzed into the garage (if there was a number code for it, it wasn't provided).
