2 points were my searching criterias : a room for 2 adults and 1 child and charging electric cars. Upon arrival the reception was not aware that we were 3. The sofa bed was not prepared and even after coming back 3h later nothing was done so we had to it ourselves. Reception didn't know about electric car charging and finally I couldn't charge the car. At 09.30 on the day we left, room service came to clean our room and was asking when we wanted to leave as we wre still packing. The room should have been available until 11.00hr
