Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of air conditioning, small room sizes, uncomfortable beds, and cleanliness issues in some rooms. While some guests found the hotel to be good value and appreciated amenities like parking, others experienced problems with noise, ventilation, and outdated facilities. Overall, the positives centered around service and location, but several aspects of comfort and maintenance were lacking.
